Moreno went 2-for-5 with an RBI single and a run scored during the Diamondbacks' 5-2 extra-inning win over the Twins on Saturday.

Moreno broke the 2-2 tie in the 10th inning with an infield RBI single before coming home to score two batters later on a Blaze Alexander two-run double. Moreno has logged exactly two hits in each of his last five games, going 10-for-20 (.500) with one steal, two homers and six RBI over that span. He has a 1.011 OPS in 70 plate appearances since returning from the 10-day injured list in late August.

Diaz went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored during Houston's 6-2 win over Atlanta on Saturday.

Diaz gave the Astros a four-run lead in the third inning, when he grounded into a fielder's choice that brought Carlos Correa home. Saturday marked Diaz's eighth three-hit game of the season, two of which have come over his last four contests. He has gone 13-for-40 (.325) with five doubles, five runs scored, one home run and nine RBI in 11 games since Sept. 1.

Fortes went 2-for-2 with a solo home run and a double Saturday in a 5-4 win against the Cubs.

Hunter Feduccia got the start at catcher for Tampa Bay, but Fortes pinch hit for him in the seventh inning and got on base with a double. Fortes then stepped up in a huge way in the ninth, mashing a 421-foot solo shot to provide what ended up being the game-winning run. Fortes has five homers through 209 plate appearances this season, so he's not typically looked to for power.

Perez went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in Saturday's 8-6 loss to the Phillies.

The future Hall of Famer helped give the Royals an early 4-2 lead by taking Taijuan Walker deep twice in the first three innings. It was Perez's fourth multi-homer performance of the year, and the second blast not only gave him 27 home runs on the season, it lifted him to 300 HR for his career, as well as 1,000 career RBI. The 35-year-old Perez has been fading overall in September, however, batting just .178 (8-for-45) through 12 games this month with a 0:9 BB:K, although six of those eight hits (two doubles and four homers) have gone for extra bases.

The Dodgers recalled Robinson from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Saturday.

Robinson's presence on the big-league roster is needed with Will Smith (hand) landing on the 10-day injured list in a corresponding move. Robinson has a career .364 OPS over 51 major-league games, so fantasy managers need not rush to the waiver wire to pick him up. He's slated to work as the Dodgers' backup catcher behind Ben Rortvedt until Dalton Rushing (shin) or Smith is ready to return from the IL.

The Dodgers placed Smith on the 10-day injured list Saturday due to a right hand contusion.

Smith initially suffered the injury Sept. 3, when he took a foul tip off his hand. He was able to return to the lineup for Tuesday's 7-2 win over the Rockies, but Smith hasn't played since and will now go on the IL after manager Dave Roberts noted that the backstop wasn't making much improvement, per Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic. With Smith's IL stint being backdated to Wednesday, he'll be eligible to return Sept. 20, and Roberts suggested that the backstop could be ready to go by that date. In the meantime, Ben Rortvedt will likely serve as the team's primary backstop.

Fermin isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Colorado.

Fermin will give way to Elias Diaz behind the plate after going 1-for-5 with a run scored through the first two games of the series.

Smith (hand) isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Giants, Kirsten Watson of Spectrum SportsNet LA reports.

Now set to miss his eighth game in 10 days due to a lingering hand injury, Smith could be facing a trip to the injured list if his condition doesn't improve soon. Ben Rortvedt will start behind the plate again and bat ninth.

Higashioka isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Mets.

Higashioka will sit down for the second straight game Saturday after beginning September 3-for-22 with an RBI and two runs scored through seven games. Jonah Heim will fill in behind the dish and bat seventh.

Adams is not in Washington's lineup Saturday versus Pittsburgh, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

Adams missed a game earlier in the week due to a groin issue, but there's no indication that his absence Saturday is related. Upon returning to the lineup, he started back-to-back contests and went 0-fof-5 with a walk and three strikeouts. Jorge Alfaro is starting behind the dish in Adams' stead Saturday.
