Liam Hicks C | MIA
Marlins' Liam Hicks: Taking seat Sunday
Hicks is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Brewers.
Hicks will sit for the second time in the past three games, even though the Marlins have faced a right-handed starter in all three contests. The 26-year-old has a .708 OPS with a 5:6 BB:K in his past 10 games and should continue to see at least semi-regular starts, though his grip on a strong-side platoon role appears to be slipping.

Torrens is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees.
Torrens will receive a breather after starting each of the previous three contests. Hayden Senger will handle catching duties Sunday.

Jose Trevino C | CIN
Reds' Jose Trevino: Losing out on playing time
Trevino is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Phillies.
With top backstop Tyler Stephenson seeing less time at designated hitter of late and most of his starts behind the dish, Trevino has begun to see his playing time dip. The veteran has also gone 1-for-14 with four strikeouts over his last four starts.

Keibert Ruiz C | WAS
Nationals' Keibert Ruiz: Resting up Sunday
Ruiz is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Red Sox.

Carson Kelly C | CHC
Cubs' Carson Kelly: Goes deep again Saturday
Kelly went 2-for-5 with a double, a solo home run and an additional run scored in Saturday's 8-6 loss to the Cardinals.
Kelly went deep for the second straight game to get to 11 home runs for the season. The catcher is in the midst of a hot streak at the moment, as he's batting .393 over his last 10 games with the two home runs, four doubles and six RBI. Overall, Kelly is slashing .268/.370/.508 with 31 RBI and 33 runs scored across 57 games, making him a solid option at his position.

Tyler Stephenson C | CIN
Reds' Tyler Stephenson: Not starting Saturday
Stephenson isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Phillies.
After going 5-for-11 over his last three games, Stephenson will grab a seat on the bench Saturday while Jose Trevino catches for starter Nick Lodolo and bats seventh.

Drake Baldwin C | ATL
Braves' Drake Baldwin: Belts homer No. 10
Baldwin went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Orioles.
The rookie backstop accounted for all of Atlanta's offense when he crushed a Charlie Morton fastball to right field in the sixth inning. Baldwin has hit a bit of a wall over the last couple weeks, going just 2-for-18 since June 24, but both hits left the yard. On the season, he's slashing .274/.348/.476 with 10 homers and 28 RBI, and Atlanta seems content to deploy a timeshare behind the plate with Baldwin and Sean Murphy, with each catcher starting five of the last 10 games.
