Peterson missed Monday's game while dealing with a wrist injury he suffered during Sunday's game against the Mets. Aledmys Diaz is the designated hitter for Tuesday's game and Jesus Aguilar will begin the contest on the bench.

Yankees' Josh Donaldson: Beginning rehab assignment
Donaldson (hamstring) has commenced a rehab assignment with Double-A Somerset starting Tuesday.
Donaldson will get back on the field for the Patriots in Double-A before rejoining the Yankees as soon as Wednesday. The infielder should return to starting at third for the Yankees well before the end of the week at the latest.

Marlins' Jean Segura: Added back to lineup Tuesday
Segura was unscratched from the lineup Tuesday against the Giants, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
Segura will start at third base and bat ninth versus the Giants and left-hander Alex Wood after being removed from the lineup for a short period due to what was labeled as pectoral discomfort. It's clearly nothing serious. Garrett Hampson is again on the bench for Miami.

Orioles' Ramon Urias: Clears concussion protocol
Urias has cleared concussion protocol and is available off the bench for the Orioles on Tuesday, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.
Urias hasn't played since being hit in the head by a pitch during Saturday's game against the White Sox, but he's avoided a concussion and is now ready to go when called upon. The infielder has a .788 OPS with one home run in 13 contests this season.

Marlins' Jean Segura: Scratched with pectoral discomfort
Segura was scratched from the lineup Tuesday due to pectoral discomfort, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.
Jon Berti will slide from shortstop to third base, with Garrett Hampson hopping into the Marlins' lineup as the starter at short versus the Giants and lefty Alex Wood. The severity of Segura's pectoral issue is not yet known.

Taylor Motter is playing third base and batting eighth, with Alec Burleson taking a turn at DH and hitting third. This appears to be a routine day of rest for Arenado, who has gone 22-for-70 (.314) on the season.

Urshela is starting at second base and batting seventh for the Angels in Tuesday's game against the Yankees, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
Urshela has now made starts at every infield position this season and should continue to play regularly even if he doesn't have a set position. He's sporting a .780 OPS with one home run over 14 games.

Peraza is starting at second base and batting sixth for the Yankees in Tuesday's game versus the Angels.
Gleyber Torres is getting a day at designated hitter, allowing Peraza to slide into the lineup at the keystone. With Josh Donaldson (hamstring) due back Wednesday, Peraza could be headed back to the minors soon.
