Moncada went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a loss to the Indians on Saturday.

Occupying the eight spot in the Pale Hose order, Moncada took a Trevor Bauer offering over the right-field fence for his 15th big fly of the season. The 23-year-old's power-speed mix still plays in plenty of fantasy games, but his .220/.303/.400 line has quelled optimism over his 15-homer, 11-steal season.

Longoria (back) is starting at third base and batting third against the Pirates on Saturday, Rob Biertempfel of The Athletic Pittsburgh reports.

Longoria exited Friday's game with a back bruise after being hit by a pitch. It appears to have been a precautionary move by the Giants as the veteran third baseman is back in the starting lineup.

Arenado (shoulder) could be utilized as a pinch hitter against the Dodgers on Saturday, Nick Groke of The Athletic Denver reports.

The pain issue for Arenado comes when throwing the ball, so it seems like the team could give him a couple days out of the field with Monday's scheduled off day. The Rockies then have a two-game interleague series at Houston, where the 27-year-old could serve as designated hitter to provide a couple additional days, if necessary.

Arenado is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Dodgers due to right shoulder soreness, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

Arenado exited Friday's game after tweaking his shoulder while turning a 3-5-3 double play. The severity of the injury remains unclear, but the Rockies indicated Friday he was removed for precautionary reasons. Regardless, it's unsurprising to see the team play it safe, which they could also opt to do Sunday with a scheduled off day to follow Monday.

Wisdom had his contract selected from Triple-A Memphis on Saturday.

Wisdom has a .289/.363/.479 slash line with 14 home runs in 103 games for the Redbirds this season after hitting 31 homers in 2017. The 26-year-old provides infield depth for the Cardinals with Yairo Munoz (wrist) on the disabled list, though he also has a worrying 110 strikeouts in 405 plate appearances at Triple-A.

Segura is in the Saturday's lineup against the Astros despite getting hit in the hand in Friday's contest, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

Segura had X-rays following the game, which were negative. He will not wind up missing any time.

Rendon's late scratch from Saturday's lineup against the Cubs was due to a left wrist contusion, Chelsea Janes of The Washington Post reports.

Rendon was struck in the wrist by a pitch in Friday's contest but remained in the game. Initial X-rays were negative, but he'll wind up missing at least one game. It's unclear whether the issue is serious enough for him to need more time off.

Rendon was scratched from the lineup for Saturday's contest against the Cubs, Mark Zuckerman of MASN Sports reports.

Rendon took a pitch off his hand in Friday's game and appeared headed for treatment following the game, which is likely the reason he's been removed from the lineup. Mark Reynolds will come in to play third base.

Devers is out of the lineup for Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader against Baltimore, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Devers will head to the bench after going 0-for-5 with a walk and one RBI during Friday's victory. In his place, Eduardo Nunez will man third base and bat seventh. Look for Devers to rejoin the starting lineup in Game 2.

Longoria is dealing with a back contusion after getting struck by a Kyle Crick fastball during Friday's contest, John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

This incident occurred in the bottom of the seventh inning, and though Longoria remained in the game and scored on an Alen Hanson double, he was removed prior to the top of the eighth. Manager Bruce Bochy said that Longoria "should be okay," so consider him day-to-day ahead of Saturday's tilt. Longoria added that he's "confident there's nothing seriously wrong," but he will test the back out during a pregame workout Saturday.
