Urshela is out of the lineup for Sunday's game at Kansas City, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.

Urshela has a .170/.242/.340 slash line through 16 games in May and will head to the bench Sunday. Jose Miranda will start at the hot corner in his place.

Pirates general manager Ben Cherington said Newman (groin) suffered a hamstring-related setback during the infielder's rehab assignment at Triple-A Indianapolis, Justice delos Santos of MLB.com reports.

Newman most recently played for Indianapolis on Friday, when he presumably experienced hamstring pain that Cherington notes is unrelated to the strained left groin that first sent him to the injured list in late April. Cherington added that the hamstring issue is on the minor side for Newman, but the 28-year-old looks like he'll be held out of action for at least a few days before restarting his rehab assignment. Fantasy managers should probably plan on him missing at least another week.

Machado went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in a 2-1 victory against San Francisco on Saturday.

Machado plated the Padres' first run with a 425-foot shot to center field in the third inning. The long ball was his first since May 5 and his eighth overall this season. During his current five-game hitting streak, Machado is batting .348 (8-for-23) with three runs, two RBI and a stolen base.

Wisdom went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's loss to the Diamondbacks.

Wisdom also struck out twice in the contest, displaying his all-or-nothing approach this season. He has eight home runs through 36 games but is also batting just .208 and is striking out 41.2 percent of the time. Fantasy managers should enjoy the long balls, but Wisdom won't provide much else on a consistent basis unless he can cut down on the whiffs.

Moncada (leg) went 0-for-1 in Saturday's game against the Yankees.

Moncada was scratched from Saturday's lineup due to a leg issue that first popped up Thursday. However, he entered the game as a pinch hitter in the eighth inning and remained in the contest to man third base. While it's unclear if Moncada will be in the lineup Sunday, the appearance seemingly indicates that he will avoid a stint on the injured list.

Devers went 3-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in Saturday's 6-5 win over the Mariners.

Both homers came off Chris Flexen, a solo shot in the first inning and a two-run blast in the fifth that helped chase the Seattle starter from the game. Devers continues to rake in May, slashing .392/.430/.770 through 18 games on the month with six of his nine home runs on the season, along with 14 runs and 15 RBI.

Rivera went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 9-2 loss to the Twins.

Rivera has homered in back-to-back games, and all three of his long balls have come in his last seven contests. The third baseman is 8-for-25 (.320) in that span. For the season, he's up to a .255/.300/.574 slash line with nine RBI, nine runs scored, two triples and two doubles through 50 plate appearances.

LeMahieu went 1-for-4 with a grand slam and a walk in Saturday's victory over the White Sox.

The 33-year-old launched a grand slam off Dallas Keuchel in the bottom of the second frame, capping off a five-run inning for the Yankees. LeMahieu now has three long balls on the season and the slam ended a 20-game homerless streak for him. After having four doubles over three games between May 10-May 12, he hadn't had an extra-base hit in six games prior to Saturday. LeMahieu has a .267/.349/.400 slash line over 135 at-bats in 2022, which is incredibly similar to his production from last season.

Sosa (ankle) is starting Saturday against Pittsburgh, John Denton of MLB.com reports.

Sosa didn't appear in the last two games while dealing with an ankle injury, but he'll start at shortstop and bat eighth during Saturday's matchup. Over his last five games, he's gone 5-for-15 with two runs, an RBI and two strikeouts.

Urias isn't starting Saturday against the Rays.

Urias started in the last seven games and hit just .148 with a homer, a double, three runs and two RBI during that time. Tyler Nevin will start at the hot corner and bat seventh Saturday.
