Yoan Moncada 3B | LAA
White Sox's Yoan Moncada: Joins homer party Saturday
Moncada went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in a 13-1 win over the Giants on Saturday.
Moncada cleared the fences when he led off the seventh inning to register his fourth home run of the season. He's batting just .179 over 135 at-bats this year and has stolen only one base in that time, limiting his single-year fantasy contributions. The rebuilding Pale Hose will continue holding him in high esteem with a high spot in the order, giving him time to find a groove before the 2017 season wraps up.

Josh Donaldson 3B | MIL
Blue Jays' Josh Donaldson: Held out Saturday
Donaldson (illness) is not in the lineup against the Tigers on Saturday.
Donaldson will miss a second straight game due to the flu, while Darwin Barney draws the start at third. The 31-year-old should be considered day-to-day.

Rafael Devers 1B | SF
Red Sox's Rafael Devers: Two-day break works out
Devers reached base four times Friday, going 3-for-3 with a walk and two runs scored in a 9-3 win over the Rays.
Devers, who had been held out of the starting lineup two consecutive days earlier in the week, is 5-for-7 with three runs scored and an RBI over two games since his break. The 20-year-old rookie had started 23 straight games, but his production started to drop off, prompting manager John Farrell to give Devers a break. Over the final 15 games of that 23-game stretch, Devers was hitting .179 with just two extra-base hits and one RBI. With Dustin Pedroia back from injury and Eduardo Nunez (back) around, Farrell can more effectively manage Devers' playing time.

Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE
Indians' Jose Ramirez: Out again Saturday
Ramirez (wrist) is out of Saturday's lineup against the Orioles.
He will miss his third game in a row with the wrist injury. Giovanny Urshela gets the rare start at second base while Yandy Diaz gets the nod at third base.

Josh Donaldson 3B | MIL
Blue Jays' Josh Donaldson: Under the weather
Donaldson was removed from Friday's lineup due to an illness, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Donaldson should be considered day-to-day after catching a cold that was plaguing a few of his teammates in recent days. If the third baseman is forced to miss any additional time, manager John Gibbons may choose to place Jose Bautista at third and give Ezequiel Carrera a start in the outfield. For the time being, Richard Urena replaces Donaldson in the lineup for the series opener.

Josh Donaldson 3B | MIL
Blue Jays' Josh Donaldson: Scratched from Friday's lineup
Donaldson was scratched from the lineup for Friday's game against the Tigers, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.
There hasn't been any word as to why Donaldson was removed from Friday's lineup card at this point in time, but the third baseman will miss the series opener following Thursday's scheduled off day. In his place, Richard Urena was placed in the starting nine, batting ninth and manning third base. Donaldson should be considered day-to-day until more information becomes present.

Mike Moustakas 3B | CHW
Royals' Mike Moustakas: Day off Friday
Moustakas is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Twins, 610 Sports Radio - KC reports.
Moustakas will receive a day off to rest his knee, which was irritated during Wednesday's game, and forced the 29-year-old to DH during Thursday's affair. It seems likely that Moustakas will return to the lineup Saturday, as the Royals continue to battle the Twins during a huge series with both teams holding onto wild-card aspirations. In his place, Ramon Torres will make a second straight start at third base.

Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE
Indians' Jose Ramirez: Remains out Friday
Ramirez (wrist) is not in the lineup against the Orioles on Friday.
Ramirez will miss a second straight game while dealing with a sore right wrist. Manager Terry Francona stated that the team may choose to hold him out of the next couple of contests as a precaution, so he's likely going to be a game-day decision for the rest of this weekend's series. In his place, Yandy Diaz draws another start at the hot corner.

Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE
Indians' Jose Ramirez: Dealing with sore wrist
Ramirez is not in the lineup Thursday against the White Sox due to a sore right wrist, Paul Hoynes of Cleveland.com reports.
It's unclear when the issue cropped up on Ramirez, but it's apparently serious enough to keep him out for Thursday's series finale. The Indians want to make sure Ramirez is healthy for the stretch run, so he could be held out for the next couple of games as a precaution, according to Tribe manager Terry Francona. Yandy Diaz and Erik Gonzalez should see starts around the infield with Ramirez sidelined.
