X-rays on Moncada's right knee were negative.

Fantasy owners can breathe a sigh of relief after Moncada bumped knees with the Royals' Paulo Orlando on a pickoff play at second base Saturday. Officially, Moncada's day-to-day with a bruised knee. It would make sense if the White Sox gave him Sunday off, effectively extending his All-Star break.

With the Red Sox labeling Devers' injury as inflammation, it's expected that he'll resume baseball activities within a few days before reclaiming the everyday role at the hot corner next weekend. If Devers meets his goal of returning July 21, he would only miss six games in total due to the injury.

Ramirez went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and two RBI in a 7-4 loss to the Yankees on Thursday.

Ramirez has four homers in his last three games as he continues terrorizing opposing pitchers. The 25-year-old MVP candidate is doing it all this season with 55 extra-base hits, 19 stolen bases, 67 RBI and a 1.013 OPS. On top of that, he's walked 55 times while striking out just 45 times.

Peterson (knee) is in Thursday's starting lineup against the Phillies, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.

Peterson was removed from Monday's game after colliding into the outfield wall, but he appears to be good to go as he's slated to bat ninth and man left field. He's batting .192 with 12 extra-base hits and 18 RBI through 53 games in 2018.

Duffy is out of Thursday's starting lineup against the Twins, LaVelle E. Neal III of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Duffy will get the day off after starting six straight games, going 6-for-24 with one extra-base hit and five walks over that span. Daniel Robertson will shift to the hot corner, with Joey Wendle getting the nod at second base.

Valencia is out of Thursday's lineup against the Phillies, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.

Valencia has struggled of late recording just one base knock over his last 11 games, so he'll get the day off to regroup. Mark Trumbo is set to man right field with Valencia on the bench.

Duffy went 2-for-4 with a run in a win over the Tigers on Wednesday.

Duffy opened July mired in a 4-for-27 slump over his first seven games, but he's shown signs of heating up again over his last three contests. The infielder went 5-for-12 with two walks and two runs over the series against the Tigers, and he continues to sport career-best numbers in both batting average (.310) and on-base percentage (.364).
