White Sox's Yoan Moncada: Knocks in two
Moncada went 3-for-5 with a double and two RBI in Friday's win over the Rays.
Moncada drove home a run in the second inning with a double to right field, and he'd tack on an insurance run in the fourth inning on a single to left. The 24-year-old third baseman is now 10-for-33 since the All-Star break, and he's delivered back-to-back three-hit performances heading into the second matchup of the series Saturday.

Chapman (ankle) remains out of action Friday against Minnesota.

Astros' Alex Bregman: Hits homer, reaches base four times
Bregman went 2-for-2 with a solo home run, two walks and three runs scored in Thursday's victory over the Angels.
Bregman was a nuisance to Angels pitchers all night, scoring in the first, third and fifth innings while reaching base in all four plate appearances. He belted a 408-foot solo shot off Matt Harvey in the fifth inning to reach 25 home runs on the season. With the impressive performance, the 25-year-old is now slashing .271/.403/.541 with 70 runs scored and 61 RBI in 340 at-bats this season. Perhaps most impressively, he has taken 76 walks while striking out only 56 times.

Urshela went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run, a double and three RBI to help the Yankees to a 6-2 victory in Game 1 of their doubleheader against the Rays on Thursday.
Urshela continues to be a surprisingly productive force for the Yankees, as he laced three more hits in this contest, including a second-inning two-run blast off Yonny Chirinos for his ninth long ball of the season. The 27-year-old has complemented the nine homers with solid all-around numbers, as he's now slashing .305/.354/.486 with 45 RBI, 40 runs scored and 17 doubles through 243 at-bats.

Matt Duffy 3B | TEX
Rays' Matt Duffy: Targeting weekend activation
Duffy (hamstring) is expected to be activated from the 10-day injured over the weekend, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Duffy has been rehabbing with Triple-A Durham throughout the week, but he appears to be nearing a return to action. The recovering infielder is finally trending in the right direction at the plate as well, going 4-for-5 with a run against Toledo on Thursday after a 2-for-3 performance Wednesday that included a pair of RBI. He'll likely play at least one more game in the minors before being reevaluated and possibly reinstated for Tampa Bay's weekend series.

Yoan Moncada 3B | LAA
White Sox's Yoan Moncada: Smacks 17th homer
Moncada went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and two runs scored Thursday against the Royals.
Moncada took Brad Keller deep in the third inning to record his 17th home run of the season. He hadn't homered since July 3 and has seen a downturn in his power production, with the long ball representing just his fifth extra-base hit for the month. He's remained productive nonetheless, scoring eight runs and driving in six across 11 starts. Moncada is now hitting .303/.361/.529 across 367 plate appearances this season.

Ramirez put his club ahead with a two-run home run in the sixth inning and tacked on an insurance run with an RBI groundout in the eighth. He has been extremely productive of late and seems to be rediscovering his form from the start of 2018. Ramirez is now hitting .366 over his last 10 games, adding three home runs, 12 RBI, 10 runs scored, and two stolen bases.

Rafael Devers 1B | SF
Red Sox's Rafael Devers: Delivers again
Devers went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run Thursday against the Blue Jays.
Devers made the most of his lone hit, as he took Thomas Pannone deep in the fifth inning for his 19th home run of the season. He continues to hit the ball very well, collecting at least one hit in six of seven contests since the All-Star break. He's also hit for plenty of power, recording three home runs and three doubles in that span. Devers is in the midst of a breakout campaign, slashing .325/.379/.563 across 410 plate appearances.
