Matt Chapman 3B | SF
Athletics' Matt Chapman: Riding nine-game hitting streak
Chapman, who went 1-for-3 with a triple and a walk in a loss to the Yankees on Sunday, now has a nine-game hitting streak during which he's hitting .371 (13-for-35) with eight total extra-base hits (four doubles, Sunday's three-bagger and three home runs) and eight RBI.
The slugging third baseman belted his eighth home run in Saturday's loss to New York and continued squaring up impressively with his third three-bagger of the season Sunday. The surge has lifted the 28-year-old's sagging slash line a bit to .225/.326/.389, and although it remains well below what fantasy managers expect, at least 21 of Chapman's 54 hits have gone for extra bases.

Abraham Toro 1B | BOS
Astros' Abraham Toro: Knocks four hits
Toro went 4-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored in Sunday's win over the White Sox.
Toro is making the most of the uptick in playing time with both Alex Bregman (quadriceps) and Aledmys Diaz (hand) on the injured list, and he went 7-for-11 with a home run, five RBI and three runs scored during the weekend series against the White Sox. That might be enough to keep him as the primary third baseman while Bregman is sidelined, though he might also yield some at-bats to Robel Garcia from time to time.

Rafael Devers 1B | SF
Red Sox's Rafael Devers: Launches solo shot
Devers went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's loss to the Royals.
Devers delivered his 18th long ball of the season in the eighth inning, but his display of power wasn't enough to lift the Red Sox in the series finale against Kansas City. The third baseman has three homers over his last five games, and he has also hit safely in six of his last seven contests.

Gunnar Henderson SS | BAL
Orioles' Gunnar Henderson: Promoted to High-A
Henderson was promoted to High-A Aberdeen on Sunday, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
Henderson got off to a hot start to the season with Low-A Delmarva, as he slashed .312/.369/.574 with eight home runs, 39 RBI, 30 runs and five stolen bases in 35 games. The 19-year-old will now attempt to translate his success to the next level of competition.

Taylor Walls SS | TB
Rays' Taylor Walls: Not starting Sunday
Walls is out of the lineup Sunday against the Mariners, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Walls started the past three games and will receive the day off in the series finale. Joey Wendle will shift to shortstop while Yandy Diaz starts at the hot corner.

Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE
Indians' Jose Ramirez: Sitting again Sunday
Ramirez (foot) is not in the lineup Sunday against the Pirates.
Ramirez is out of the starting nine for the second consecutive contest after exiting Friday's game with a bruised left foot from a hit-by-pitch. It's unclear if Ramirez will be available off the bench or if he's expected to miss any additional time. Ernie Clement will man the hot corner for Cleveland on Sunday.

Josh Donaldson 3B | MIL
Twins' Josh Donaldson: Sitting again Sunday
Donaldson (calf) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rangers.
Donaldson will sit for the third game in a row while he contends with a right calf injury. Luis Arraez will pick up a start at third base in Donaldson's stead.

Gio Urshela 3B | MIN
Yankees' Gio Urshela: Connects on ninth homer
Urshela went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional RBI in Saturday's 7-5 win over the Athletics.
Urshela's 424-foot blast off Jesus Luzardo broke a 4-4 tie in the eighth inning and helped put an end to the Athletics' seven-game winning streak. The long ball was the fourth of the month for Urshela, who has compiled a stellar .902 OPS through 16 games in June.

Anthony Rendon 3B | LAA
Angels' Anthony Rendon: No hits in return
Rendon (triceps) went 0-for-4 with a walk and a strikeout in Saturday's 8-3 win over Detroit.
The third baseman was the only Angels starter that failed to record a hit in Saturday's contest. Rendon had been out since Tuesday with a strained right triceps. Prior to the injury, he had hit safely in 10 of 12 games, but he may need a couple days to round back into form at the plate.

Anthony Rendon 3B | LAA
Angels' Anthony Rendon: Returns to lineup Saturday
Rendon (triceps) is back in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Tigers, batting fourth and playing third base.
Rendon exited Monday's game against the Athletics with the tricep issue and hasn't played since. He's progressed throughout the week, however, and feels ready to rejoin the lineup Saturday.
