Angels' Anthony Rendon: Dealing with hamstring issue
Rendon left Sunday's game against the Orioles due to left hamstring tightness, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
Rendon was removed from Sunday's game midway through the sixth inning, and he's apparently dealing with a hamstring issue. The third baseman will presumably undergo further examinations following Sunday's game, and it's not yet clear whether he'll be forced to miss additional time.

Jeimer Candelario 3B | LAA
Tigers' Jeimer Candelario: Scores twice Sunday
Candelario went 3-for-4 with an RBI double and two runs scored in Sunday's 6-5 win over the White Sox.
Sunday was the third baseman's first three-hit effort since May 28. Candelario singled and scored in the second inning. He also hit an RBI double and came around to score again in the fifth. The 27-year-old had a hot stretch in May, but he's since leveled off with a .265/.347/.369 slash line, four home runs, 23 RBI, 33 runs scored and 17 doubles through 314 plate appearances this year.

Angels' Anthony Rendon: Exits Sunday's game
Rendon exited Sunday's game against the Orioles in the sixth inning for an unspecified reason, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
Rendon went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and a walk to begin Sunday's game, but he was replaced defensively during the top of the sixth inning. It's not yet clear whether his departure was due to an injury, but the Angels could update his status following Sunday's matchup.

Matt Chapman 3B | SF
Athletics' Matt Chapman: Three-hit day in win
Chapman went 3-for-6 with a run in an extra-innings win over the Red Sox on Saturday.
All the knocks were singles, but they served to extend his impressive on-base streak to 20 games. Chapman has four doubles, a triple, six home runs and 18 RBI over that stretch, leading to a .304/.378/.608 slash line across 90 plate appearances.

Yoan Moncada 3B | LAA
White Sox's Yoan Moncada: Could return Monday
Moncada took batting practice Sunday and could return for Monday's series opener in Minnesota, James Fegan of The Athletic reports.
The 26-year-old is not playing Sunday and has been out since Thursday, when he was removed from the game with a bruised right hand. Jake Burger is starting at third base Sunday and figures to do so Monday if Moncada is ultimately unable to play.

Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE
Indians' Jose Ramirez: Still sidelined with elbow soreness
Ramirez (elbow) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Astros.
The team has provided no further update regarding Ramirez and his left elbow, so he should still be considered day-to-day at this time. Until Ramirez is good to go, Ernie Clement figures to continue starting at third base for Cleveland, which doesn't have a day off until the All-Star break.

Josh Donaldson 3B | MIL
Twins' Josh Donaldson: Not playing Sunday
Donaldson (hamstring) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Right hamstring tightness will sideline Donaldson for the series finale after he exited Saturday's contest with the injury. The Twins have provided no further updates on the third baseman's condition, so he should still be considered day-to-day. Luis Arraez is starting at third base and batting leadoff Sunday.

Alex Bregman 3B | CHC
Astros' Alex Bregman: Takes up running
Bregman (quadriceps) has begun light running, but he will not return before the All-Star break.
Bregman indicated he's way ahead of schedule in his return timeline but admitted Saturday that he won't be back before the All-Star break. Interested observers should plan on a late-July return.

Abraham Toro 1B | BOS
Astros' Abraham Toro: Clubs third homer
Toro went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 3-2 win over Cleveland.
His fourth-inning blast off Eli Morgan wound up being the game's winning run, giving the Astros a 3-0 lead at the time. Toro has more than held his own since stepping in for Alex Bregman (quadriceps) in mid-June, slashing .292/.375/.479 through 14 games with three homers and 15 RBI, but with Bregman potentially set to return to action soon after the All-Star break, Toro's window for regular at-bats may not remain open much longer.

Josh Donaldson 3B | MIL
Twins' Josh Donaldson: Managing hamstring tightness
Donaldson was diagnosed with right hamstring tightness after he left Saturday's loss to the Royals, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Donaldson pulled up while running out a double Saturday and was removed from the game as a precautionary measure. However, the issue is considered very mild, and the third baseman is considered day-to-day for now.
