Lopez is not starting Monday against the Blue Jays.

Lopez has shifted over to shortstop with Adalberto Mondesi on the injured list with a shoulder injury. He's recorded a poor .552 OPS on the season and a .415 mark in the month of July, though, so he may not be able to hold down an everyday spot. He'll sit in favor of Humberto Arteaga (and his .471 OPS) on Monday.

Lowe (shin) continues to work out but remains without a timetable for his return, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Lowe has been out of action for just shy of four weeks after fouling a ball off his shin back on July 2, an oddly long time to be sidelined for a bruise. He received a shot last week and reported feeling better on Friday after being shut down for a few days. The Rays acquired Eric Sogard on Sunday, possibly due to their uncertainty over Lowe's timetable.

Semien went 2-for-3 with a solo homer, two runs scored and two walks in Sunday's 6-5 win over Texas.

Semien's third-inning homer got the game's scoring started. He'd later score the walkoff run on a bases-loaded walk to Khris Davis. The 28-year-old shortstop owns a career-high .814 OPS with 45 extra-base hits on the year.

Altuve went 3-for-5 with a three-run homer in Sunday's 6-2 win over St. Louis.

Altuve's three-run blast in the fifth inning, his 16th in 2019, gave Houston a 5-0 lead. He's knocked six long balls in July, raising his OPS from .784 to .872 in the process. Now that he's healthy, Altuve is seemingly back to his dominant fantasy ways.

Arroyo (elbow) and Hunter Wood were traded from the Rays to the Indians on Sunday in exchange for Ruben Cardenas and international signing money, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Arroyo has been on the shelf since June 13 due to an elbow injury, and there has yet to be an update on his recovery. Prior to suffering the injury, he was hitting .220 with two homers and seven RBI over 16 games this season for Tampa Bay.

Forsythe is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Athletics.

Forsythe's string of five consecutive starts will come to an end while Danny Santana replaces him at first base. Though Santana looks like an everyday player at this point, Joey Gallo's wrist injury will still open up playing time for Santana in the outfield. As a result, Forsythe may be in line for at least a part-time role at first base until Gallo is back in the fold.

Rengifo is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Orioles, Maria Torres of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Rengifo will sit for just the second time in the second half, ending a 14-game starting stretch in which he supplied a .639 OPS. The second baseman maintains a .249/.324/.371 slash line (89 wRC+) on the season, so he may not necessarily have a stranglehold on an everyday role. Rengifo and third baseman Matt Thaiss may be fighting for one spot in the everyday lineup, with leadoff man David Fletcher slotting in at the other position.

McNeil was diagnosed with a bruised right shin after X-rays came back negative Sunday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

McNeil was removed from Sunday's contest after being hit by a pitch, but he appears to have avoided a serious injury. The 27-year-old will have Monday's scheduled off day to aid in his recovery before potentially missing any game action.

McNeil was hit by a pitch in the shin during the first inning Sunday and was removed from the game, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

McNeil stayed in to run the bases and came around to score, but he was lifted for pinch hitter Aaron Altherr later in the frame when the Mets batted around. The severity of the injury remains unclear, but McNeil will have Monday's scheduled off day to recover before potentially missing additional time.

Drury will start at third base and bat sixth Sunday against the Rays.

Drury will be rewarded with a fourth consecutive start after he starred in Saturday's 10-9 win in 12 innings. The veteran delivered perhaps his best performance of the season, going 4-for-6 with two home runs and three RBI in the come-from-behind victory. While Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is locked in as the Jays' everyday third baseman, Drury's ability to play multiple infield and outfield spots could continue to allow him to see steady at-bats.
