Drury was recalled from Triple-A Syracuse on Saturday.

Drury spent just over a month with the minor-league club, and he slashed .303/.375/.545 with five home runs, nine doubles, 21 RBI and 16 runs during that time. The 28-year-old should serve as a reserve infielder.

Arraez was placed on the 10-day injured list with a right knee strain Saturday, Brandon Warne of Access Twins reports.

Arraez was slated to miss a fourth consecutive game due to his knee injury Saturday, and he'll now have additional time to recover on the injured list. It's not yet clear whether he'll spend more than the minimum of 10 days on the shelf, but Jake Cave (back) was reinstated from the 60-day IL as part of a corresponding move.

McNeil (leg) is not starting Saturday's game against the Blue Jays, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.

Left leg fatigue caused McNeil's exclusion from Friday's lineup and is apparently still bothering the 29-year-old. He's hitting .316 with five RBI and four walks in his last 10 games. Luis Guillorme will start at second base Saturday, with Jonathan Villar playing shortstop.

Short isn't starting Saturday's game against the Royals.

Short will get a breather after he went 2-for-14 with two home runs, three RBI and two strikeouts across the last four games. Harold Castro will shift to shortstop while Willi Castro takes over at second base.

Arraez (knee) isn't starting Saturday's game against the Angels.

Arraez exited Tuesday's loss to the White Sox with right knee soreness, and he's been out of the lineup for each of the last three games. The 24-year-old is still considered day-to-day for now, while Jorge Polanco will start at second base and lead off Saturday.

Rojas was placed on the 10-day injured list with a dislocated left finger Saturday, retroactive to July 22, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.

Rojas was slated to miss a second consecutive game due to his injury Saturday, but he'll instead be placed on the injured list to free up a roster spot for Asdrubal Cabrera (hamstring), who was reinstated from the 10-day IL in a corresponding move. The 27-year-old sustained his dislocated pinkie finger Wednesday, but it's not yet clear whether he'll be able to return after spending the minimum of 10 days on the injured list. Josh VanMeter should see increased playing time at second base in his absence.

Rojas (finger) isn't starting Saturday's game against the Cubs.

Rojas will be out of the lineup for a second consecutive game as he continues to recover from a dislocated left pinkie finger that he sustained Wednesday. He could require a trip to the injured list at some point, but he's still considered day-to-day for now. Josh VanMeter will start at the keystone and lead off.

Ibanez started at second base and went 1-for-3 with a walk and a run scored in Friday's 7-3 loss to Houston.

Ibanez, who has hits in four straight games, could be in a position for more starts at second base after the Rangers demoted Nick Solak to Triple-A Round Rock on Friday. The 28-year-old infielder has bounced around the base positions since joining the Rangers, but may now have a home at second base for the immediate future.

Mayfield went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 5-4 loss to Minnesota.

The infielder's second-inning blast was the end of the Angels' offense Friday. For his part, Mayfield has seized an opportunity for some regular playing time. All three of his homers this season have come in his last five games, but he's still slashing only .183/.222/.367 with eight RBI and seven runs scored across 64 plate appearances.

Polanco went 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored in Friday's 5-4 win over the Angels.

The 28-year-old has turned up the heat at the plate this week, going 10-for-20 with two home runs, two doubles, six RBI and five runs scored in his last five games. Polanco's sudden surge has lifted his season slash line to .266/.329/.453 with 14 homers, 49 RBI and 54 runs scored through 380 plate appearances. He's also provided nine stolen bases, the second-highest total of his career.
