Hernandez started in center field and went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a win over the Giants on Friday.

Hernandez took Derek Holland deep in the first inning, getting the ball rolling for the Dodgers' offense in an important division win. The super-utility man is only batting .217 this year, but he is on pace to pass his career high of 11 homers in 2017 with nine long balls through 173 plate appearances this season. Hernandez has started five of the club's last seven contests, but the majority of those have come against left-handed starters.

Marte is not in the lineup for Friday's game against the Mets.

Marte has found his groove after a rough first two months of the season, and is batting .385/.421/.808 with three home runs and 15 RBI in 57 plate appearances over his last 16 games. Daniel Descalso will start at second base and bat fifth for the Diamondbacks, but don't expect Marte to be out of the lineup for long given his recent production.

Lux (hamstring) will be placed on the 7-day minor-league disabled list retroactive to Wednesday, Kyle Glaser of Baseball America reports.

Lux went down with a hamstring injury after sliding into second base during Tuesday's game with High-A Rancho Cucamonga. The club hasn't provided any sort of timetable for his return, but it's unlikely that he will need an extended stay on the shelf. Through 58 games this season, he's hitting .312/.396/.515 with eight home runs, 35 RBI and seven stolen bases.

Rosario went 1-for-3 with a solo home run Thursday against the Diamondbacks.

Rosario got a hold of his fourth home run of the season, this one coming off right-hander Archie Bradley. It was his first home run since May 25 and just his third extra-base hit in that span. It's been a disappointing campaign for Rosario, as he is hitting just .238/.268/.357 across 210 at-bats.

Marte went 2-for-2 with three RBI and two runs scored in Tuesday's win over the Diamondbacks.

Marte was productive in all four plate appearances, notching a triple, single, walk and sacrifice fly. The 24-year-old got off to a slow start, but he's now hitting .400 in June and has been even hotter of late. In the last three games, Marte's 6-for-11 with three extra-base hits, a steal and six RBI.

Albies went 1-for-5 with a grand slam in Tuesday's win over the Mets.

Albies entered the month of June with a .278 average but has seen that figure tumble to .255 as he's now gone 6-for-45 (.133) over his last 10 games. Tuesday marked his first multi-RBI performance since May 19, but due to his strong start, the second baseman has now tallied 40 RBI on the season, good for the fourth-most among second basemen.

Lux exited Tuesday's game with High-A Rancho Cucamonga with an apparent hamstring injury.

Lux suffered the injury on a hard slide into second base during the fifth inning and attempted to remain in the game. The 20-year-old was removed when the Quakes took the field in the bottom of the frame, and the severity of the injury is currently unknown.

Forsythe is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rangers, Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Despite going 2-for-4 with a homer in Sunday's win over the Braves, Forsythe will retreat to the bench for Tuesday's series opener against the Rangers. Max Muncy will start at second base and hit second in his stead.

Rodgers went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and a double for Double-A Hartford in its 6-1 win over Altoona on Sunday.

The 21-year-old has homered in back-to-back contests and has gone deep 13 times through 59 games. Rodgers was solid enough in his first taste of the Eastern League in the second half of last season, but he has emerged as one of the standout performers on the circuit in 2018, with his .287/.339/.538 line translating to a 140 wRC+. The shortstop certainly looks like he could be major-league ready, but the Rockies may not entertain a promotion until 2019 so long as everyday middle infielders DJ LeMahieu and Trevor Story are healthy and performing effectively.

Hernandez started his third game over the Dodgers' last four contests after being used off the bench in the previous four. The 26-year-old has been used primarily as a weak-side platoon player this year (21 of 33 starts against southpaws), despite sporting fairly even splits against righties (.214 with four homers) and lefties (.203 with four homers). Hernandez's improved splits could lead to a regular role should another spot in the lineup open up due to injury or lack of production, but his inconsistent playing time limits his fantasy value to very deep or NL-only formats.
