Voit has gone 11-for-22 with four doubles, a triple, a home run, three steals in three attempts, five RBI, 10 runs and a 5:3 BB:K through his first six games for Double-A Binghamton.

The 21-year-old began the season with High-A Brooklyn, and after a slow start to the campaign he put together a .795 OPS with five homers and 22 steals over 37 games since the beginning of June to earn a promotion. A two-way player in college, Voit has had some adjustments to make in the pros while focusing on his hitting, but his skills are developing quickly, and if he continues to have his way with pitchers in the high minors, a 2027 big-league debut could be on the table. Voit has spent most of his time on defense this season at shortstop, but his long-term future could be at second base.

The Phillies could look to move Stott to third base after acquiring second baseman Luis Arraez from the Giants on Wednesday, Jon Heyman of the New York Post reports.

Arraez played primarily at first base and designated hitter over the previous two seasons, but he's fared well defensively while transitioning back to a full-time role at second base for the Giants in 2026 and is expected to stick at that position in Philadelphia. The arrival of Arraez will leave fewer reps available for Stott at the keystone, but the Phillies would be able to keep the latter's bat in the lineup by moving him to third base. Alec Bohm would then shift across the diamond to first base to accommodate Stott, while Bryce Harper could settle into an everyday role in right field, where the Phillies have been leaning on a combination of Bryan De La Cruz and Gabriel Rincones of late. The Phillies may still add or subtract from their position-player group leading up to Monday's trade deadline, so a move to third base is hardly locked in for Stott at this stage.

The Phillies acquired Arraez and right-hander Caleb Kilian from the Giants on Monday in exchange for right-handers Ramon Marquez and Marty Gair, Mark Feinsand of MLB.com reports.

The addition of a high-contact bat in Arraez -- who leads the National League with a .324 average -- lengthens a Philadelphia lineup that includes three other All-Stars in Bryce Harper, Kyle Schwarber and Brandon Marsh. Arraez had mainly been limited to first base and designated hitter the previous two seasons, but he's transitioned back to an everyday role at second base in 2026 and has made tremendous strides as a defender after receiving poor marks for his fielding and range at the keystone earlier in his career. The 29-year-old will presumably continue to see most of his reps at second base in Philadelphia, where he'll unseat Bryson Stott as the primary option at the position. In order to accommodate Arraez while still keeping playing time open for their other established regulars, the Phillies could look to move Stott, Alec Bohm and/or Bryce Harper to different positions.

Basabe exited Sunday's 5-4 loss to the Padres in the ninth inning after being hit by a pitch on his left forearm, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Basabe took a 100.8 mph sinker from southpaw Adrian Morejon off his left arm with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning, and he was subsequently replaced at first base by Grant McCray. Basabe said that he expects to be okay, but he can be considered day-to-day for the time being ahead of Monday's series opener against the Rangers.

Rojas said that he'll be available off the bench Sunday against the Red Sox after exiting Saturday's 3-2 loss after seven innings due to a left ankle injury, Jack Harris of the California Post reports.

Rojas went 1-for-3 with a double before leaving Saturday's game on account of the injury, which he appeared to have suffered when he fouled a ball off of himself. Fortunately for Rojas, X-rays on the ankle came back negative, and he's feeling much better heading into Sunday's contest. Rojas had made starts against left-handed pitchers in the first two games of the series, but the Dodgers will go with a starting infield of Freddie Freeman, Tommy Edman, Mookie Betts and Max Muncy in the finale.

Koss is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres.

Koss will take a seat after he went 4-for-18 with three runs and an RBI while starting at third base over the past five games. He'll cede the hot corner Sunday to Osleivis Basabe, who sticks in the lineup at a different position after playing second base in Saturday's 6-5 loss. Koss and Basabe could form a timeshare at third base until the Giants get Matt Chapman (abdomen) back from the injured list.

Julien will start at second base and bat seventh in Sunday's game against the Royals.

Though he'll be included in the lineup against right-hander Seth Lugo, the left-handed-hitting Julien sat in each of the Rockies' previous three games, with his latter two absences coming against righties. He appears to have lost control of a strong-side platoon role, with Willi Castro and Tyler Freeman both having seen more opportunities at second base at Julien's expense of late.

Arraez (cramps) will start at second base and bat leadoff Sunday against the Padres, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

The 29-year-old was scratched from the starting nine ahead of Saturday's 6-5 loss after experiencing cramps during pregame warmups -- which first forced him to exit Friday's contest -- but he'll rejoin the lineup Sunday. Arraez batted .316 over 24 games in July, though he didn't provide much pop with just five extra-base hits and a .367 slugging percentage, which is down from .446 for the campaign. The 29-year-old is set to become an unrestricted free agent this winter and could be moved ahead of Monday's trade deadline.

Castro went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a walk and an additional run scored Saturday against the Royals.

Castro popped a home run in the fifth inning, his 12th of the season and third in his last four starts. The 12 long balls matches his career high, which he previously set in 2024 across 635 plate appearances. Castro continues to put together a solid season, racking up 50 runs scored and seven stolen bases across 94 contests.

Wetherholt is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays.

Wetherholt will get his first day off since July 8 while the Cardinals go with Jose Fermin at the keystone. The NL Rookie of the Year frontrunner has been sluggish at the plate since the All-Star break, slashing .190/.292/.333 with three home runs, three steals, five RBI and 11 runs over 16 games.
