McNeil went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs scored and three RBI in Monday's win over the Twins.

The 32-year-old shifted back to second base Monday following the acquisition of Jesse Winker, but that didn't derail McNeil's momentum at the plate. Over his last 14 games, he's slashing .340/.352/.720 with 11 runs, 15 RBI and 11 extra-base hits (seven doubles, four homers) among his 17 total knocks.

Marte went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run and an additional RBI in Monday's 9-8 win over the Nationals.

Marte provided an RBI single in the fifth inning and a two-run homer in the ninth. The second baseman has slugged five homers and driven in 14 runs over his last seven contests, an impressive stretch even when compared to his lofty standards this season. Marte has a .299/.368/.543 slash line with 24 homers, 71 RBI, 73 runs scored and six stolen bases over 102 games.

India went 1-for-3 with a stolen base, a run scored and a walk in Monday's 7-1 win over the Cubs.

India singled and stole a bag in the first inning, and he later walked and scored on TJ Friedl's home run. India has reached double-digit steals for the second consecutive season. He is now one of six Reds players with double-digit stolen bases this season. The 27-year-old continues his solid season at the top of the lineup, hitting .263/.367/.401 with eight homers, 40 RBI and 52 runs scored through 98 games.

The Dodgers acquired Rosario from the Rays on Monday in exchange for right-hander Michael Flynn, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.

Rosario will head back to Los Angeles, where he made his final 48 appearances of the 2023 season after being dealt from the Guardians last July. The 28-year-old owns a .307 average with two home runs, 26 RBI, 22 runs scored and nine stolen bases over 264 at-bats in 76 contests with the Rays this season. Rosario had made starts at second base, third base, shortstop and right field with the Rays and will give the Dodgers some valuable defensive versatility. He'll likely have to settle for a short-side platoon role when the Dodgers are at full strength, but he could have a path to steady playing time while the likes of Mookie Betts (hand), Max Muncy (oblique), Tommy Edman (wrist), Chris Taylor (groin) and Miguel Rojas (forearm) are on the injured list.

Garcia isn't in the starting lineup for Monday's game versus the Diamondbacks, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

The lefty-hitting Garcia will head to the bench as the Nationals face Diamondbacks left-hander Jordan Montgomery in the series opener. Ildemaro Vargas will take over at second base and bat seventh against Arizona.

Triolo will start at second base and bat eighth in Monday's game against the Astros.

Triolo will draw a second straight start at second base and could serve as the Pirates' primary option at the position in the wake of Nick Gonzales' (groin) placement on the injured list. With a .198/.272/.266 slash line to go with four home runs, four stolen bases, 25 RBI and 20 runs over 279 plate appearances this season, Triolo hasn't provided much to get excited about for fantasy purposes when given regular playing time.

Gorman is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Rangers.

After he was on the bench against left-handers in three of the past four games, the lefty-hitting Gorman will hit the bench versus a righty (Nathan Eovaldi) on Monday. According to Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat, Gorman doesn't appear to have lost hold of a regular spot in the lineup against right-handers, as manager Carlos Marmol said Gorman is on the bench Monday because he wanted to open up a start at designated hitter for Matt Carpenter, who has had success against Eovaldi during his career.

Iglesias is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Twins, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.

After going 2-for-18 at the plate while starting each of the Mets' past five games, Iglesias will hit the bench for Monday's series opener. With his bat cooling down of late, Iglesias may find himself at risk of moving to a short-side platoon role. The newly acquired Jesse Winker is expected to serve as a regular starter in the outfield when the Mets face right-handed pitching, which will likely result in Jeff McNeil moving back to the keystone.

The Marlins claimed Hensley from the Astros on Monday.

Hensley hit just .177/.273/.274in 46 games with Houston from 2022 through 2023 and has spent all of 2024 at Triple-A Sugar Land, where he's slashed .234/.352/.376 with seven home runs and 17 stolen bases over 81 contests. He can play all over the infield and outfield, giving Miami some utility depth. Expect him to stick around at the Triple-A level initially and join the Marlins' affiliate in Jacksonville.

Bogaerts went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run Sunday in a loss to Baltimore.

Bogaerts temporarily brought San Diego to within a run with his two-run blast to left field in the sixth inning. The long ball extended the infielder's hitting streak to eight games, during which he's slashing a scorching .545/.571/.788 with four RBI, seven runs and a stolen base. Bogaerts is batting .489 over 45 at-bats since returning July 12 from a lengthy stay on the injured list.
