Tellez left Monday's game against the Pirates due to right knee discomfort, Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Tellez suffered the injury on the bases in the third inning and was forced to exit immediately after scoring. It was revealed after the game that he's dealing with some tendinitis, per Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, but Tellez was spotted walking around just fine in the clubhouse. He'll likely be re-evaluated Tuesday morning to determine his availability moving forward.

Tellez was removed in the fourth inning of Monday's game against the Pirates after appearing to suffer an injury on the bases, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Tellez scored from first base in the bottom of the third inning on a double to right field, and he was replaced at first base for the top of the fourth. The nature of the injury is unknown at this time.

Higgins is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Blue Jays.

Higgins had started in seven of the Cubs' last nine games, but even with Patrick Wisdom (finger) recently moving to the injured list, Higgins doesn't look as though he'll operate as the team's primary first baseman moving forward. He didn't help his cause by going 1-for-20 with 11 strikeouts in those seven starts, and Higgins' right-handedness is also likely to limit him to the short side of a platoon at the position with the lefty-hitting Alfonso Rivas, who draws the start Monday against Blue Jays right-hander Jose Berrios.

The Mariners reinstated White (sports hernia) from the 60-day injured list Monday and optioned him to Triple-A Tacoma.

White has been on the shelf all season while recovering from the sports hernia surgery he underwent in March. After being pulled off his previous two rehab assignments in May and June following setbacks, White resumed his assignment with Tacoma on Aug. 9 and now looks to be fully healthy again after reaching the end of his latest 20-day evaluation window. Since the Mariners don't have an everyday role available for White, he'll continue to play regularly at Tacoma, where he's produced a .197/.305/.423 slash line in 82 plate appearances between his three separate rehab assignments. White had been far more productive at the plate in his most recent games and could be a candidate to join Seattle as a bench bat in September, when the roster expands from 26 to 28 men.

Pratto went 1-for-4 with a double, a walk, three RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's 15-7 win over the Padres.

Pratto contributed to the Royals' two biggest rallies. He earned an RBI on a fielder's choice and scored in the first inning, then added a two-run double and another run in the eighth. The first baseman finished the three-game series 4-for-12 with seven RBI, a home run and three doubles. While he's slashing just .182/.276/.382 through 36 major-league games, Pratto should have a clear path to playing time while Vinnie Pasquantino (shoulder) is out.

Lowe went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Sunday's 9-8 loss to the Tigers.

Lowe mashed one of four Texas home runs over the final four innings, which turned a blowout into a close affair. It was the first baseman's 22nd homer and sixth in the last 10 contests. During that run, he's gone 18-for-43 (.419) with 16 RBI and nine runs scored.

Calhoun started in left field and went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 9-8 loss to the Tigers.

Calhoun's two-run shot was part of a furious late game rally that cut a nine-run deficit to one run. This was his first start in four games, as the Rangers are giving Bubba Thompson a long look in left field. Calhoun should receive spotty playing time for the remainder of the season, before the Rangers likely let him walk in free agency.

France went 2-for-3 with a solo home run in Sunday's 4-0 win over the Guardians.

France hit a single in the fifth inning and added a solo shot in the seventh. Prior to Sunday, he'd gone 0-for-20 over his last seven games, though he was limited by a calf bruise in that span. August has been a month to forget for the infielder -- Sunday's effort was his second multi-hit game in his last 21 contests. The extended rough stretch has dropped his season slash line to .278/.346/.430 with 15 homers, 63 RBI, 45 runs scored and 19 doubles through 108 games.

Harris (wrist) won't require surgery but isn't expected to return to action for Double-A Frisco this year, Jeff Wilson of RangersToday.com reports.

The 23-year-old landed on the shelf with a sprained left wrist Aug. 10, and he isn't expected back with the RoughRiders in 2022. One of the Rangers' top prospects, Harris should finish the year with a .259/.346/.485 slash line with 18 home runs, 68 RBI and 19 stolen bases in 86 games at Double-A. He could still be available to play in the Fall League.

Rivas is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Brewers.

The lefty-hitting Rivas, who was called up from Triple-A Iowa on Saturday, is expected to occupy the large side of a platoon at first base following Patrick Wisdom's (finger) placement on the injured list in a corresponding move. With southpaw Eric Lauer on the hill for Milwaukee in the series finale, Rivas will give way to the righty-hitting P.J. Higgins at first base.
