Walsh is out of the lineup for Sunday's game at Houston.

Walsh is 2-for-18 with four walks, four RBI and eight strikeouts over his past seven games, and he'll take a seat against Astros righty Cristian Javier. Ezequiel Duran will start at first base and bat eighth Sunday.

Bauers is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Orioles.

Even with a right-hander (Corbin Burnes) taking the hill for the opposition, the lefty-hitting Bauers will find himself on the bench for the second time in the series. Bauers could end up moving into more of a part-time role if Rhys Hoskins continues to see regular duties at first base and if the Brewers elect to rotate players at designated hitter.

Wade went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run and two runs scored while also drawing two walks in Saturday's win over Tampa Bay.

Wade singled in his first at-bat before coming around to score San Francisco's first run of the game on a Michael Conforto double. The first baseman then launched a two-out, two-run home run off Ryan Pepiot in the top of the fifth to extend the Giants' lead to three runs, marking his first long ball of the season. Wade is now batting .375 in April with three RBI, five runs scored and seven walks to only five strikeouts. He's also hit safely in six of his last seven games.

Naylor went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's loss to the Yankees in Game 2 of a doubleheader.

Naylor's solo homer came in the bottom of the ninth with the Guardians down 8-1, giving him his third long ball in his last four games. The first baseman continues to swing a hot bat to open the season, recording his fifth multi-hit performance in Saturday's Game 2 and pushing his batting average up to .341 in the process. Naylor already has nine RBI in April to go along with four homers and seven runs scored.

Casas went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Angels.

Casas pounced on a middle-middle changeup in the first inning and sent it 429 feet at a speed of 111.9 mph for his third home run of the season. The first baseman is 13-for-41 (.317) with three homers, two doubles, six RBI and eight runs scored over his last 11 games.

Bauers went 1-for-5 with a home run and four RBI in Saturday's 11-5 win over the Orioles.

The Brewers rattled off 15 hits in total on the afternoon, but Bauers had the biggest blow with a three-run homer off Dean Kremer in the fourth inning that broke open a 5-5 tie. It was the 28-year-old first baseman's first long ball of the season, and he's batting just .161 (5-for-31) through nine games while filling a strong-side platoon role. His defensive reputation should buy him some extra time to get going at the plate, but the fact that top prospect Tyler Black is getting reps at first base in Triple-A is an ominous sign for Bauers' fantasy outlook.

Busch went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 4-1 win against Seattle.

Busch provided an insurance run in the seventh inning with his solo shot to right field. The first baseman has homered in three straight contests after going deep once over his initial 11 games of the campaign. Busch has been a standout so far in his first season with Chicago, complementing his four long balls with nine RBI, seven runs and a .311/.385/.644 slash line through 52 plate appearances.

Alonso went 3-for-3 with a walk, two solo home runs and an additional RBI in Saturday's 11-7 loss to the Royals.

Make it four home runs in the last four games and six in total this season for Alonso, who is chasing his third straight campaign of 40 or more homers. He has raised his OPS from .532 to .963 in his last four games, which illustrates just how quickly the narrative can change this early in the season. The potential for a trade looms, as Alonso is in his final year before free agency, but he will remain locked into the heart of the Mets' order for the foreseeable future.

Schanuel suffered a testicular contusion during Saturday's game against Boston and will not play in Sunday's series finale, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Schanuel fouled a ball off himself during the third inning of Saturday's contest and was eventually replaced in the fourth. Manager Ron Washington said after the game he will sit the 22-year-old first baseman Sunday, but the skipper doesn't expect Schanuel to require a trip to the injured list.

Noda is not in Saturday's lineup against the Nationals.

He will head to the bench with lefty MacKenzie Gore on the hill for Washington. Noda is hitting .179 with one extra-base hit and 16 strikeouts in 13 games.
