Goldschmidt went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and a walk in Monday's 7-4 win over the Angels.

It's the eighth home run of the month for Goldschmidt, who is slashing .426/.506/.897 across 17 appearances in June. Despite his magnificent production the past two weeks, Goldschmidt's season OPS (.895) -- though still impressive -- would rank as his worst mark of any of the past six years. An elevated strikeout rate (28.8 percent) and the deflated offensive environment at Chase Field following the installation of a humidor have hindered Goldschmidt, but even with those handicaps, he's still performing at a level close to what fantasy owners probably expected heading into the campaign.

Flores went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Monday's rout of the Rockies.

Getting the start at first base, Flores connected on his fourth homer of the year and first since he came off the disabled list Friday. He figures to split time with Dominic Smith moving forward, although it's more likely to be an even split rather than a full platoon that would limit Flores to duty only against left-handed pitching unless the rookie really catches fire.

Calhoun went 2-for-3 with a run scored in a 7-4 loss to Arizona on Monday.

Calhoun was immediately inserted into the starting lineup upon his return from an oblique injury. The veteran has a lot of work to do to recover from his horrendous start to the year (.153/.202/.188), and he has produce immediately in order fend off Chris Young, who has been heating up in his absence. Mixed-league owners will probably need to see more from Calhoun before giving him consideration, even on the strong side of a time split.

Calhoun (oblique) was activated from the disabled list Monday and is batting ninth and playing right field against Arizona.

The Angels will hope that the time off fixed Calhoun's issues at the plate, as he was one of the worst hitters in baseball prior to the DL stint, hitting an ugly .145/.195/.179 through 50 games, good for a wRC+ of 3. Jabari Blash was optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake in a corresponding move.

Smith is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Rockies.

Smith will find his usual seat on the bench with a southpaw (Tyler Anderson) toeing the rubber for the opposition Monday. In his stead, Wilmer Flores will start at first base and hit cleanup.

Voit was optioned to Triple-A Memphis on Monday.

Voit went 0-for-7 with a walk and four strikeouts during his three-day stay with the Cardinals, which coincided with Jose Martinez's stint on the paternity list. The 27-year-old will report back to Memphis, where he is hitting just .237/.348/.339 through 34 games with the Redbirds this season.

Hoskins clubbed his 10th homer of the season in Sunday's win over the Brewers, going 1-for-5 with a run and a pair of RBI on the day.

The homer, Hoskins' third in four games, was a two-run blast in the first inning off of Chase Anderson. The left fielder had been in a protracted slump prior to fracturing his jaw in late May, hitting just .143/.241/.265 over a 27-game stretch. In eight games since returning from his injury, the 25-year-old is hitting .333/.400/.800 with four home runs.

Cabrera went 2-for-4 with a solo home run Sunday against the Diamondbacks.

Cabrera hit back-to-back home runs with Brandon Nimmo in the ninth inning off Brad Boxberger to put the Mets in control of Sunday's game. It was his 12th home run of the season, and the multi-hit effort was his first since May 29. Cabrera has cooled off lately, collecting just six hits with two home runs, three RBI and two runs scored in his past 36 at-bats.

Bour went 2-for-5 with two homers and four RBI during Sunday's matchup against the Orioles.

Bour accounted for all four of Miami's runs, as he hit a solo homer in the fourth followed by a three-run blast in the sixth, although the Marlins wound up losing 10-4. Following Sunday's outstanding performance, he sits with 12 home runs, 33 RBI and a .809 OPS over 70 games.

Abreu is out of the lineup Sunday against the Tigers.

It looks like a pre-planned off day for Abreu, who has started at first base or designated hitter in each of the White Sox's games since April 26. Abreu's production has wilted in June -- he's slashing .238/.269/.444 across 16 games -- but he still maintains a credible .843 OPS for the season. The slugger's absence from the lineup for the series finale paves the way for Trayce Thompson to pick up a start in the outfield while Daniel Palka serves as the DH.
