Bohm (illness) has been cleared to return to the team but has yet to be activated from the COVID-19 injured list, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

Bohm tested positive for COVID-19 shortly before the break. While he's been medically cleared, the Phillies want to make sure he's back in baseball shape following the illness before activating him off the injured list. When exactly that will happen remains to be seen, but it's unlikely he misses too much more time.

Blandino (hand) will begin a minor-league rehab assignment next week, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.

The 28-year-old broke his right hand when he was hit by a pitch back on June 4. Having missed two months, Blandino will likely require a fairly lengthy rehab assignment, so he figures to be ready for activation around Aug. 4, when he'll be eligible to come off the 60-day IL. The infielder hit .200 with five RBI in 70 at-bats before the injury.

Vaughn is not starting Tuesday's game against the Twins.

The rookie has gone 1-for-17 since the All-Star break after hitting .351 with three home runs in 10 games to start the month. Vaughn gets the day off while Brian Goodwin fills in at right field.

The Diamondbacks assigned Cabrera (hamstring) to their rookie-level Arizona Complex League affiliate Tuesday to begin a rehab assignment.

Cabrera is ready for game action about a week and a half after landing on the injured list with a strained right hamstring, so he shouldn't require much ramp-up time. Before being deactivated, Cabrera was hitting .240 with five home runs, 28 RBI and 25 runs across 223 plate appearances with the Diamondbacks.

Gittens is not in the lineup for Tuesday's series opener against the Phillies.

The rookie takes a seat after going 1-for-7 with three walks in the weekend series against Boston. DJ LeMahieu steps in at first base Tuesday, with Rougned Odor playing second base and Tyler Wade playing third.

Diaz (neck) will lead off and play first base Tuesday against the Orioles, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Diaz left Monday's game with neck spasms, but the issue evidently wasn't a particularly serious one. The Rays will be happy to see him remain in the lineup, as he's hit .370 with a pair of homers over his last eight games.

Bell is not starting Tuesday against the Marlins.

Bell enters Tuesday on a six-game hitting streak during which he's gone 7-for-23 with a homer and two RBI. He'll get a breather against lefty Trevor Rodgers as Ryan Zimmerman bats cleanup and mans first base.

Kirilloff is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the White Sox.

After he was on the bench for one half of Monday's doubleheader, Kirilloff will take a seat again in favor of Miguel Sano. The rookie is a 1-for-15 slump over his past five games, but his .722 OPS on the season and the Twins' status as a non-contender should give him a decent amount of job security moving forward.

Goldschmidt went 2-for-5 with an RBI infield single and a solo home run in a win over the Cubs on Monday.

The veteran continued an impressive power surge that predates the All-Star break, as he's now left the yard in four of his last five games. Goldschmidt has also accumulated 10 RBI over his last eight contests and has boosted his season slash line back to a solid .273/.343/.457 with his recent surge.

Votto went 3-for-5 with a double, an RBI and a run Monday in the Reds' 15-11 loss to the Mets in 11 innings.

The veteran first baseman reached base four times on the night, as he was also struck by a pitch in addition to generating three hits. Even though he upped his on-base percentage to an excellent .409 for July after the big game, Votto has been underwhelming from a fantasy perspective this month with only one home run, seven RBI and six runs in 15 contests. He'll remain in the lineup Tuesday, batting third while manning first base.
