Red Sox's Bobby Dalbec: Makes BoSox history in twin bill
Dalbec homered in both ends of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Phillies, going a combined 3-for-6 with a walk and four RBI.
The rookie feasted on the Phillies' setup crew, taking Tommy Hunter deep for a solo shot in the sixth inning of the matinee before launching a two-run shot off David Phelps in the same frame during the nightcap. The latter blast proved to be the game-winner, giving the Red Sox a split in the twin bill. Blue Jays' Rowdy Tellez: Heading for MRI
Tellez will undergo an MRI on his right knee Wednesday, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.
The 25-year-old began experiencing knee discomfort after stepping on a soft spot around the on-field bullpen, and the MRI will reveal the specifics of the injury. Tellez won't have a return timeline until the MRI results come back, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him receive Wednesday off regardless of the diagnosis.

Mariners' Ty France: Continues clutch hitting in win
France went 1-for-4 with a two-run single in a win over the Rangers on Monday.
The trade-deadline acquisition from the Padres came through yet again, delivering the third and fourth RBI of his four-game tenure with the Mariners. France's strong start, which doesn't yet include any extra-base hits but does feature three walks and two runs, supports the notion he should continue to enjoy an everyday role for the balance of the season.

Matt Olson 1B | ATL
Athletics' Matt Olson: Plates two more Sunday
Olson went 2-for-4 with a pair of RBI singles in a loss to the Padres on Sunday.
A day after plating a pair of runs with the aid of a triple, Olson replicated the RBI total Sunday while accounting for all but one of the Athletics' runs on the afternoon. The slugger still sports an unsightly .195 average on the campaign, but perhaps his 5-for-8 tally over the last two games will ignite an offensive surge down the stretch for the 26-year-old.
