Mayo isn't in the lineup for Friday's game against the Angels, Cordell Woodland of 105.7 The Fan Baltimore reports.

After going 0-for-5 with a walk in Baltimore's last series against Detroit, Mayo will take a seat to begin the Orioles' three-game set with the Halos. His absence will put Ryan O'Hearn at first base while Adley Rutschman works as the DH and Maverick Handley starts behind the plate.

Elko is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Rangers.

Elko started in each of the White Sox's eight games after being called up from Triple-A Charlotte on June 4. He'll get a well-earned day off Friday as Miguel Vargas handles first-base duties.

Burger went 3-for-6 with a solo home run, three total RBI and an additional run scored in Thursday's 16-3 win over Minnesota.

Burger put the Rangers ahead for good with a solo shot off Bailey Ober in the second inning, his 10th homer of the year, before adding a pair of RBI singles later in the contest. The 29-year-old Burger has gone 7-for-20 (.350) with a pair of homers in his last four games, boosting his slash line to .225/.255/.421 with 28 RBI and 27 runs scored through 220 plate appearances this season.

Solano went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 5-2 loss to the Diamondbacks.

The 37-year-old infielder finally got into the homer column, snapping a 38-game stretch without a long ball to start the season. With southpaw Eduardo Rodriguez toeing the slab for Arizona, Solano drew the start at first base in favor of the lefty-hitting Rowdy Tellez and has served the Mariners well in his short-side platoon the past few weeks. Over his last 29 plate appearances (12 games), Solano is slashing .346/.414/.500 with two extra-base hits, four RBI and three runs scored.

Walker went 3-for-4 with a home run, a double and four RBI in Wednesday's 10-2 win against the White Sox.

Walker helped Houston get off to a fast start with a two-run blast to left field in the first inning. He added a two-run double in the third to finish with a season-high four RBI. Walker has largely struggled so far during his first campaign in Houston, and even after Wednesday's big performance he still holds a modest .653 OPS through 65 games. If that mark holds, it would be his lowest OPS since 2018 and his first time below an .800 mark since 2021.

Santana went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in Wednesday's 11-2 win over the Reds.

The veteran switch hitter broke the game open when he drove a Nick Lodolo changeup over the right-center field fence in the third inning. It was Santana's eighth homer of the season, but his first off a left-handed pitcher, while the grand slam was the sixth of his career among his 332 long balls. Through 63 contests in 2025, Santana is slashing .251/.350/.388 with 34 RBI, putting him on pace to reach 80 for only the second time since 2019.

Guerrero went 2-for-5 with one RBI, one run scored and a stolen base in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Cardinals.

Guerrero scored in the third inning before adding an RBI single and a stolen base in the fourth. While the 26-year-old hasn't homered since May 29, he's remained productive with four multi-hit efforts, five RBI, nine runs scored and his only two steals this season in the 11 games since. On the year, he's slashing .278/.380/.421 with eight homers, 30 RBI and 41 runs scored across 297 plate appearances.

Mayo is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Tigers, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Mayo has been seeing semi-regular playing time since being recalled from Triple-A Norfolk on May 31, but he's gone just 4-for-22 with one extra-base hit (a double), a stolen base and a 2:5 BB:K over a stretch of seven games. With the Orioles getting two key position players in Jordan Westburg and Cedric Mullins back from the injured list earlier this week, Mayo could end up being squeezed out of the lineup on a more frequent basis if he's unable to pick up the pace at the plate.

Kurtz is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Angels.

The Angels are sending right-hander Kyle Hendricks to the bump for the series finale, but the left-handed-hitting Kurtz will nonetheless bow out of the lineup for the first time since returning from the injured list Monday. He made starts at designated hitter and first base in the first two contests of the series in Anaheim, going 1-for-8 with a double.

Tellez went back-to-back with Randy Arozarena in the sixth inning to get the Mariners on the board, but it didn't spark a larger rally. Tellez is up to 10 homers this season, but he's hit just two of them over his last 20 contests. The slugger has a .208/.253/.429 slash line with 26 RBI, 17 runs scored and four doubles over 166 plate appearances in a strong-side platoon role at first base.
