Bernard-Converse has not participated in recent training camp practices while tending to a knee issue. Bernard-Converse is doubtful to return to Saturday's preseason matchup against the Panthers due to a groin injury, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.
Bernard-Converse was active before getting hurt, logging four tackles (three solo). The 24-year-old has had a good camp and is vying for a depth spot in a talented and crowded cornerback room. His chance of making the cut could be hurt if the groin issue is more than minor.
