    Minnesota waived Gowan (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. He won't be able to sign with another team until he returns to full health. Gowan has just five regular-season appearances under his belt headed into the 2023 season.
