Titans' Tay Gowan: Elevated from practice squad
The Titans have elevated Gowan from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Seahawks.
Gowan spent the summer with Minnesota but was eventually cut with an injury settlement. Now healthy, Gowan has a chance to see his first action of 2023 if he's active for Sunday's game against Seattle.

Tay Gowan: Lands in Tennessee
Gowan (undisclosed) signed with the Titans' practice squad Monday, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Gowan spent camp with the Vikings and was ultimately waived with an injury settlement. Now healthy, the UCF product will work to make the most of his new opportunity in Tennessee.

Tay Gowan: Gets waived by Vikes
Minnesota waived Gowan (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
He won't be able to sign with another team until he returns to full health. Gowan has just five regular-season appearances under his belt headed into the 2023 season.

Gowan (undisclosed) reverted to IR on Wednesday per the NFL's official transaction log.
Gowan appeared in three games with the Vikings last season, but he'll now be forced to spend the 2023 campaign sidelined unless he reaches an injury settlement with the team.

Tay Gowan: Waived with injury designation
The Vikings waived/injured Gowan (undisclosed) on Monday, Will Ragatz of SI.com reports.
Gowan will now be exposed to waivers and will then revert to IR if he's not claimed by Wednesday. Should he end up on injured reserve, he'll miss the entire campaign unless he and Minnesota agree to an injury settlement. Gowan played in three games for the Vikings last season, with all 15 of his snaps coming on special teams.
