Francisco Mauigoa LB | NYJ
Jets' Francisco Mauigoa: Unavailable for walkthrough
Mauigoa (neck) was estimated to be a non-participant at the Jets' walkthrough Wednesday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Mauigoa was sidelined for the team's Week 15 loss to the Jaguars due to a neck injury, and he appears to be still working his way back. The linebacker will have two more chances to return to practice before Sunday's contest against New Orleans. Mykal Walker would likely handle a larger workload again on defense in Week 16 if Mauigoa remains inactive.

Marcus Jones CB | NE
Patriots' Marcus Jones: Sidelined to begin week
Jones (knee) did not practice Wednesday.
Jones has not missed a game this season and has only been on the injury report once this season with an elbow injury. It's unclear if his availability for a Week 16 matchup against Baltimore is in doubt, but Jones' potential absence would hurt the Patriots' secondary and special teams units.

Darren Waller TE | MIA
Dolphins' Darren Waller: Estimated as limited in practice
Waller (rest/knee) was listed as limited on Wednesday's practice estimate, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Waller logged a 54 percent snap share in Monday's 28-15 loss to the Steelers en route to catching seven of his eight targets for 66 yards and two touchdowns in the contest. Given that the Dolphins held a walk-through Wednesday, Thursday's injury report should add more relevant context to the tight end's Week 16 status, but so far there's nothing to suggest that he'll miss this weekend's game against the Bengals, which will mark QB Quinn Ewers' first regular-season start.

Drew Sample TE | CIN
Bengals' Drew Sample: Limited Wednesday
Sample (neck) was limited in Wednesday's practice, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.
It's a new injury for Sample, who has appeared in all 14 games this season, including 11 starts. Sample doesn't do much other than block, as he's recorded just a 9-50-1 receiving line on 14 targets across 50 percent of the Bengals' offensive snaps.

B.J. Hill DE | CIN
Bengals' B.J. Hill: Dealing with ankle injury
Hill (ankle) did not participate at practice Wednesday, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.
Hill played a season-low 25 defensive snaps in Week 15 versus the Ravens, and now his availability for Week 16 is in jeopardy due to a problem with his ankle. He'll probably have to return to practice Thursday or Friday to have any chance of playing Sunday at Miami.
-
Christian Elliss LB | NE
Patriots' Christian Elliss: No practice to begin week
Elliss (illness) did not participate in Wednesday's practice.
Elliss played a season-high 86 percent of snaps in Sunday's loss to Buffalo, but he's now sidelined to begin the week. The nature of his illness, or whether it may jeopardize his status for the Patriots' Week 16 matchup against Baltimore, is unclear.
-
Tony Adams SAF | TEN
Jets' Tony Adams: Considered unavailable Wednesday
Adams (groin) was considered a non-participant at the Jets' walkthrough practice Wednesday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Adams suffered a groin injury in the team's Week 15 loss to the Jaguars and he has now opened the week as a DNP. The free safety will have two more chances to return to practice before Sunday's matchup with the Saints.
-
Carlton Davis CB | NE
Patriots' Carlton Davis: Dealing with hip issue
Davis (hip) did not practice Wednesday.
Davis missed about one-third of Sunday's game against Buffalo with a groin injury. It's unclear if this hip issue is related, or if it will jeopardize his availability for New England's Week 16 matchup against Baltimore.
-
James Pierre CB | MIN
Steelers' James Pierre: Remains sidelined at practice
Pierre (calf) did not participate at practice Wednesday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Pierre was unavailable for the team's Week 15 win over the Dolphins due to a calf injury, and he has now missed four straight practices. The cornerback will have two more opportunities to practice in some capacity before Sunday's contest in Detroit.
-
Derrick Harmon DT | PIT
Steelers' Derrick Harmon: Practicing fully
Harmon (knee) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Mike DeFabo of The Athletic reports.
Harmon hasn't played since Week 12 but appears to be ready to return to the lineup for Sunday's Week 16 date with the Lions. The first-round rookie defensive lineman has produced 22 tackles (nine solo), including 2.0 sacks, one pass breakup and one fumble recovery across 331 defensive snaps this season.
