  • Rico Dowdle RB | PIT

Steelers' Rico Dowdle: Remains listed as 'DNP'

Dowdle (toe) was estimated as a non-participant on Tuesday's injury report, Nick Farabaugh of PennLive.com reports.

The Steelers held a walkthrough for the second time in as many days, and as was the case Monday Dowdle was unable to get any work in. He was at least present Tuesday after not being spotted during the media-viewing portion the day before, but he will presumably have to practice in at least some capacity Wednesday in order to have any chance to suit up for Pittsburgh's Week 4 matchup with Cleveland on Thursday.

  • Leo Chenal LB | WAS

Commanders' Leo Chenal: Lands on IR

The Commanders placed Chenal (neck) on injured reserve Tuesday.

Chenal's move to injured reserve doesn't come as a surprise since it was previously announced he would undergo season-ending neck surgery. The 2022 third-round pick had racked up 18 tackles (nine solo) across three games before getting hurt and will now shift his focus to getting healthy for the 2027 campaign.

  • Michael Carter RB | TEN

Titans' Michael Carter: Signs to Tennessee's active roster

The Titans signed Carter off their practice squad to their 53-man roster Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

Carter was elevated from the practice squad for this past Sunday's loss to the Giants yet ended up being a healthy scratch. He reverted back to the practice squad Monday, but Tennessee has subsequently decided to give him a spot on the active roster. Carter has ample NFL experience, having logged 61 regular-season games, including 27 starts, over five seasons split between the Jets and Cardinals. However, he's unlikely to see much work on offense with Titans since all of Tony Pollard, Tyjae Spears, Nicholas Singleton and Julius Chestnut are potentially ahead of him in the RB pecking order.

  • Shedrick Jackson: Cut loose by Baltmiore

The Ravens cut Jackson from the practice squad Tuesday.

Jackson signed with the Ravens' practice squad Sept. 22, but he was not elevated to the active roster for the team's Week 3 victory over the Cowboys. The Auburn product will explore his next options and look to join a team in need of a wide receiver who can also contribute on special teams.

  • Kenny Moore CB | PHI

Eagles' Kenny Moore: Joins Philly's active roster

The Eagles signed Moore from the practice squad to the active roster Tuesday.

The Colts released Moore in early May, and the defensive back joined up with the Eagles' practice squad Sept. 22. The deal was always that Moore would eventually be promoted to the 53-man roster and given a one-year, $3 million contract with the team. That time has come, and Moore is set to be the primary depth option in the Eagles' secondary for the remainder of the 2026 season.

  • Ke'Shawn Williams: Cut by Cincinnati

The Bengals waived Williams on Tuesday.

Williams muffed a punt in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Steelers, which led to the game-winning field goal for Pittsburgh. With Williams cut from the team and the Bengals dealing with injuries to both Andrei Iosivas (thumb, IR) and Colbie Young (knee), Cincinnati opted to replenish its depth at wide receiver by signing Mitchell Tinsley from Houston's practice squad to the active roster. Assuming he clears waivers, Williams will have the opportunity to explore his next options and look to join a team in need of a returner on special teams.

  • Jalen Davis CB | CIN

Bengals' Jalen Davis: Placed on injured reserve

The Bengals placed Davis (hamstring) on injured reserve Tuesday.

Davis injured his hamstring during the Bengals' 30-27 loss to the Steelers in Week 3. The injury is severe enough for the Utah State product to spend time on IR, which means he'll be sidelined for at least the next four games and is eligible to return for Week 9 against the Falcons on Sunday, Nov. 8. Ja'Sir Taylor (undisclosed) is also on injured reserve, so Dax Hill and Tacario Davis are both in line for more snaps in the Bengals' secondary.

  • Tylan Wallace WR | CLE

Browns' Tylan Wallace: Doesn't practice Tuesday

Wallace (knee) didn't participate in Cleveland's practice Tuesday, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.

Wallace is in danger of missing Thursday's matchup versus the Steelers, as he was also listed as a non-participant in Monday's practice estimate after suffering a knee injury during the Week 3 win over Carolina. Isaiah Bond and Malachi Corley could be in line for increased playing time if Wallace is unable to suit up for Thursday's game.

  • Cowboys' Shavon Revel: Appears to have avoided major injury

Revel (knee) is expected to "work into" practice this week, Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Revel was hurt while attempting to make a tackle in Sunday's loss to Baltimore. Head coach Brian Schottenheimer indicated Tuesday that the cornerback is likely to practice to some extent this week, so Revel has a chance to suit up Sunday versus Houston. That could be particularly important with Cobie Durant dealing with a hamstring injury that caused him to sit out Week 3 and that could sideline him for additional contests.

  • Tanner Hudson TE | CIN

Bengals' Tanner Hudson: Signed to Cincinnati's active roster

The Bengals signed Hudson off the practice squad to the active roster Tuesday.

Hudson was elevated from the practice squad for two of the Bengals' first three games of the regular season, accumulating three catches on as many targets for 17 yards. He'll now be a part of the team's 53-man roster moving forward and will contribute mostly on special teams and in a depth role on offense behind fellow tight ends Mike Gesicki, Drew Sample and Erick All.
