49ers' Ji'Ayir Brown: Dealing with hamstring injury
Brown (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest against the Eagles, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Josh Allen QB | BUF
Bills' Josh Allen: Carries Buffalo to divisional round
Allen completed 28 of 35 passes for 273 yards and a touchdown while adding 33 rushing yards and two TDs on 11 carries in the Bills' 27-24 win over the Jaguars during the wild-card round on Sunday.
The superstar quarterback put Buffalo on his back once again, producing two of his three scores in the fourth quarter as the two teams traded the lead back and forth, including a one-yard plunge into the end zone with 1:04 left on the clock for the game-winning touchdown. Allen took a beating from the Jacksonville defense during the contest however, getting checked out in the blue medical tent twice, and he was seen limping in the locker room after the game per Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic. The Bills won't know who they're playing until after the weekend's games are over, but Allen will almost certainly play through whatever injuries he might have on the road in the divisional round. He's produced multiple TDs in five of his last six full games dating back to Week 13, racking up 14 scores (eight passing, six rushing) in total during that time with only two turnovers.

Gabe Davis WR | BUF
Bills' Gabe Davis: On crutches postgame
Davis (knee) was seen exiting the locker room on crutches and with a brace on his left leg after Sunday's 27-24 win over the Jaguars in the wild-card round, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Davis was ruled out after being carted off the field during the second half, as he suffered a left knee injury that appears to be significant. Davis logged 12 catches (on 18 targets) for 129 yards and a touchdown over six regular-season appearances in 2025. His status will be worth monitoring for the Bills' upcoming divisional-round matchup against an opponent to be determined.

Danny Striggow DE | JAC
Jaguars' Danny Striggow: Questionable to return Sunday
Striggow exited Sunday's wild-card game versus the Bills with an ankle injury.
Striggow missed two straight games with an ankle injury before returning for the Week 18 win over Tennessee. The 23-year-old didn't record a statistic before exiting Sunday's playoff game. In his absence, Dawuane Smoot likely will see increased playing time behind starting defensive ends Josh Hines-Allen and Travon Walker.

Patrick Mekari OT | JAC
Jaguars' Patrick Mekari: Exits with injury Sunday
Mekari is questionable to return to Sunday's wild-card game versus the Bills due to a back injury.
Mekari missed the final two games of the regular season with a back issue, but he did not carry an injury designation coming into Sunday's contest. Jacksonville is also without starting left tackle Cole Van Lanen (knee), who is inactive.

Trent Williams OT | SF
49ers' Trent Williams: Suiting up for playoff matchup
Williams (hamstring) is active for Sunday's wild-card game versus the Eagles.
Williams sustained a hamstring injury during Week 17 that left him sidelined for the regular-season final versus Seattle. The star left tackle will suit up for Sunday's playoff contest, which should be a significant factor for both San Francisco's rushing attack and pass blocking.

Gabe Davis WR | BUF
Bills' Gabe Davis: Injures knee Sunday
Davis won't return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars after sustaining a knee injury.
Prior to being carted off the field Sunday, Davis caught two of his three targets for 14 yards. His absence leaves Khalil Shakir, Brandin Cooks, Tyrell Shavers and Keon Coleman to handle Buffalo's WR duties versus Jacksonville.

Keion White DE | SF
49ers' Keion White: Will play versus the Eagles
White (groin/hamstring) is active for Sunday's wild-card game versus Philadelphia.
White has dealt with groin and hamstring injuries during practice this week, but he increased his activity to participate in a limited fashion Friday. The 26-year-old has seen heavy playing time as a rotational pass rusher in 2025, tallying 12 tackles and 5.0 sacks across nine regular-season games with the 49ers.

Renardo Green CB | SF
49ers' Renardo Green: Good to go for wild-card contest
Green (ankle) is active for Sunday's wild-card matchup versus the Eagles.
Green popped up with an ankle injury during practice Friday, but he'll suit up and retain his starting spot at cornerback. The 2024 second-rounder tallied 60 tackles and 10 passes defended over 14 regular-season appearances this year.

Dee Winters LB | SF
49ers' Dee Winters: Won't play versus Philly
Winters (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's wild-card contest versus the Eagles.
Winters' status was up in the air after he sustained an ankle injury during the loss to Seattle in the regular-season finale. The 25-year-old will miss Sunday's contest along with San Francisco's other starting outside linebacker Luke Gifford (quadriceps), who was also injured during Week 18. In their absence, Curtis Robinson and Garret Wallow should start alongside middle linebacker Eric Kendricks.
