Hollins (calf) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bills.

Hollins hauled in three passes (on four targets) for 53 yards before exiting for the locker room, where he'll have his calf injury evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Sunday's game. Romeo Doubs, DeMario Douglas and Hunter Henry are all in line for more targets from Drake Maye while Hollins is out of the game.

McConkey (foot) is active for Sunday's game at Seattle, Eric Smith of the Chargers' official site reports.

McConkey had an interesting week, to say the least, which included sitting out Thursday's practice due to a foot injury and then being spotted with a visible limp afterward, according to Kris Rhim of ESPN.com. The third-year wide receiver sandwiched limited sessions around that absence, and after he entered the weekend as questionable for Week 4 action, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Sunday morning that McConkey was likely to play this weekend. Now that that's been confirmed, McConkey will look to build upon his 12-183-1 line on 15 targets in three contests to begin the campaign.

Berrios (foot) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Evan Barnes of Newsday reports.

Berrios was just signed to the active roster off the practice squad Tuesday and worked as both a wideout and a kick returner Sunday prior to getting hurt. He didn't catch his only target and returned two punts for minus-2 yards. Charlie Jones figures to move up a notch in the WR pecking order and serve as New York's prime kick and punt returner if Berrios can't return.

Jackson sustained an ankle injury during Sunday's game against the Titans, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.

Jackson was seen limping after getting sacked near the end of the first half, and after halftime he was deemed questionable to return. Considering the Ravens have a firm 24-7 lead at the time of the announcement, the team may exercise caution with Jackson and roll with Tyler Huntley unless the Titans happen to close the gap over the final 30 minutes of the contest.

Couch suffered a hamstring injury Sunday versus New England and is doubtful to return.

Couch was a practice-squad elevation for Week 4. He was slated to potentially pick up some work on defense with Christian Benford (toe) inactive, but now Couch is probably done for the day. With that said, Couch's likely absence will primarily impact Buffalo's special-teams unit.

Chase (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Chase was taken out of the game to be checked for a possible concussion after his facemask was pulled at the end of a four-yard catch in the second quarter. With the superstar wide receiver done for the day, Tee Higgins will be Joe Burrow's top target in the passing game, with Dohnte Meyers, Mitchell Tinsley, running back Chase Brown and tight end Mike Gesicki all in line for bigger roles for the rest of the game. Chase will need to clear the league's five-step concussion protocol in order to be available for Week 5 against the Dolphins on Sunday, Oct. 11.

Dennis (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's matchup against Green Bay, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Dennis dealt with a calf injury during the week but was ultimately cleared to play Sunday. However, he suffered an ankle injury during Sunday's contest and isn't certain to return. Should Dennis be done for the day, Christian Rozeboom could be asked to step up and log more work on defense.

Moore (shoulder) is considered doubtful to return to Sunday's contest versus the Patriots.

Moore went to the sideline in the second quarter and was diagnosed with a shoulder injury, which may be an aggravation of the issue he's tended to since Week 2. If Moore is unable to reenter Sunday's game, Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, Joshua Palmer and even Greg Dortch will be on hand for WR reps in the Bills offense.

Brosmer (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Vikings' emergency third quarterback against the Dolphins on Sunday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.

Brosmer was signed to the 53-man roster Tuesday after the Vikings traded J.J. McCarthy to the Giants a day earlier. As the emergency third quarterback, Brosmer is not allowed to play Sunday unless both Kyler Murray and Carson Wentz are taken out of the game due to injury, illness or ejection.

Cook (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Dolphins' emergency third quarterback against the Vikings on Sunday.
