The Jaguars signed Pena to the practice squad Monday.

The Jaguars waived Pena during Sunday's cutdown day. The wide receiver cleared waivers but did enough during training camp to receive an invite back to the team's practice squad. The undrafted free agent out of Penn State caught 10 of his 14 targets for 149 yards and a touchdown over three preseason games.

The Chiefs signed Armstrong to the practice squad Monday.

Armstrong was waived by the Chiefs on Sunday but will remain with the team as a member of the practice squad. The 25-year-old appeared in three preseason games for Kansas City in 2026, totaling seven catches for 85 yards.

Trammell was let go by the Jaguars during Sunday's cutdown day but did enough during training camp to receive an invitation to the practice squad. The wide receiver participated in all three preseason games, catching six passes for 59 yards.

The Jaguars released Jones during Sunday's cutdown day, but the 28-year-old did enough to receive an invitation to the practice squad. The veteran wide receiver participated in all three preseason contests, catching his sole target for five yards.

The Colts signed Gould (groin) to the practice squad Monday.

Gould appeared in 19 regular-season games for the Colts since the team drafted him in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. While the 25-year-old is on the practice squad for now, his versatility could earn him more opportunities moving forward.

The Packers signed Hilton to the practice squad Monday.

The Packers waived Hilton during Sunday's cutdown day. The wide receiver cleared waivers and has chosen to rejoin the Packers, who claimed him off waivers from the Commanders. Hilton is an undrafted free agent out of LSU and will have to fight with practice squad veterans for a chance to be elevated to the active roster at some point during the 2026 campaign.

The Packers signed Neyor to the practice squad Monday.

The Packers waived Neyor during Sunday's cutdown day. The wide receiver cleared waivers and is once again set to spend the season on the team's practice squad. Neyor was elevated for the team's 2025 wild-card matchup against the Bears, seeing three offensive snaps in the contest.

The Lions signed Lovett to the practice squad Tuesday.

Lovett was waived by the Lions on Sunday after failing to make the team's 53-man roster at the end of training camp. However, he'll take the spot on the Lions' practice squad vacated by Tyler Conklin, who signed to the team's active roster after Isiah Pacheco (back) was placed on injured reserve. Detroit has only four wide receivers on the 53-man roster, so Lovett could see some regular-season action if the Lions need more depth at the position on game day.

Kennedy signed with the Lions' practice squad Monday.

Kennedy failed to make the Lions' 53-man roster and was released Sunday, but he'll stay in Detroit as a member of the team's practice squad. He signed with the Lions in May of 2019 as an undrafted free agent and has appeared in 30 regular-season games for the organization. Kennedy appeared in four regular-season games last year, contributing both on offense and special teams as a returner on kickoffs and punts.

The Panthers signed Reed to their practice squad Monday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

Reed will stick around on Carolina's practice squad after being unable to earn a spot on the active roster. The 2025 undrafted free agent spent last season on the team's practice squad as well but didn't appear in any games, and will look to make his regular-season debut during the upcoming campaign.
