  • Josh Palmer WR | BUF

Chargers' Josh Palmer: Hardly relevant in win

Palmer caught two of his three targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 47-42 win over the Browns.

Palmer played 16 offensive snaps but was once again relegated to offensive afterthought. After seemingly emerging from training camp as the No. 3 pass catcher, Palmer has more or less been a depth piece behind Jalen Guyton, Keenan Allen and Mike Williams and likely won't rise above that spot unless injuries occur.

  • Kadarius Toney WR | CLE

Giants' Kadarius Toney: Status uncertain for Week 6

Giants head coach Joe Judge said the ankle/foot injury Toney sustained in Sunday's 44-20 loss to the Cowboys isn't "anything significant, in terms of season-ending," but the rookie receiver's status for this weekend's game against the Rams is uncertain, Ralph Vacchiano of SportsNet New York reports.

Toney was forced out late in Sunday's contest after being ejected for punching Cowboys safety Damontae Kazee, but the wideout still appeared to hurt his leg at some point earlier in the contest, as he was carted to the locker room shortly after he was tossed from the game. He still saw enough field time and took advantage of numerous absences from skill-position players to finish with a 10-189-0 line on 13 targets, while also gaining seven yards on a carry. The breakout performance could motivate the Giants to find ways to get the first-round pick more reps moving forward, but Toney's injury could complicate those plans. He'll likely be a limited participant, at best, when the Giants hold their first Week 6 practice Wednesday.

  • Chris Moore WR | BAL

Chris Moore: Reverts back to practice squad

Moore reverted back to the Texans' practice squad Monday, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.

With Danny Amendola (thigh) sidelined, Moore was elevated to the active roster for Sunday's contest against the Patriots. He didn't disappoint, totaling five catches for 109 yards -- both career highs -- and one touchdown. The 28-year-old has already been elevated twice, so the Texans will need to sign him to a contract if they want him on the active roster for Week 6.

  • Chris Godwin WR | TB

Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Appears on injury report

The Buccaneers listed Godwin as a limited participant on Monday's estimated practice report with knee and ankle injuries, Carmen Vitali of the team's official site reports.

Tampa Bay provided no indication that Godwin was banged up coming out of Sunday's 45-17 win over the Dolphins, with the wideout playing 51 of 74 offensive snaps (69 percent) and recording seven catches for 70 yards on a team-high 11 targets. Assuming he upgrades to full participation in practice by Wednesday, he should approach Thursday's game against the Eagles without a designation.

  • Miles Boykin WR | CHI

Ravens' Miles Boykin: Activated for Week 5

The Ravens activated Boykin (hamstring) from injured reserve ahead of Monday's game against the Colts, Ryan Mink of Baltimore's official site reports.

Boykin presumably will suit up Monday for his season debut, after the hamstring injury he suffered in an Aug. 2 training camp practice sidelined him for the entire preseason and the Ravens' first four regular-season contests. Though he looks healthy again after practicing for the previous two weeks, Boykin could be eased back into the Ravens' receiving corps with a limited role Monday. He was a bit contributor in the passing attack while playing a full 16-game slate in 2020, notching 19 receptions for 266 yards and four touchdowns.

  • Quintez Cephus WR | HOU

Lions' Quintez Cephus: Likely done for season

Lions head coach Dan Campbell confirmed Monday that Cephus likely will miss the rest of the season after the receiver sustained a broken collarbone in Sunday's 19-17 loss to the Vikings, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.

Per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, Cephus is slated to undergo surgery to address the injury, which typically entails a three-month recovery. While that timeline theoretically gives Cephus a chance to make it back for Week 18 in early January, the 0-5 Lions aren't expected to be in playoff contention and most likely won't be looking to activate the second-year wideout. Through five games, Cephus had been one of the better producers in a weak Detroit pass-catching group, notching 15 receptions for 204 yards and two touchdowns on 22 targets.

  • Falcons' Olamide Zaccheaus: Sees four targets in Week 5

Zaccheaus caught two of his four targets for 20 yards during Sunday's 27-20 win over the Jets.

The Falcons were without Calvin Ridley (personal) and Russell Gage (ankle), so Zaccheaus entered the contest as the Falcons No. 1 receiver. However, that didn't warrant any more targets as Matt Ryan once again relied on his tight ends and running backs during the Week 5 win. It's hard to envision a better situation for Zaccheaus to succeed than the one he was in Sunday, so it's safe to assume his role will continue to be limited throughout the season.

  • Jamal Agnew WR | ATL

Jaguars' Jamal Agnew: Catches six passes

Agnew caught six of eight targets for 41 yards during Sunday's 37-19 loss to the Titans on Sunday. He also returned four kickoffs for 85 yards.

Agnew played only 43 offensive snaps across the first four weeks of the season, but he operated as Jacksonville's No. 3 wideout Sunday and played 45 offensive snaps with DJ Chark (ankle) now out for the season. The 26-year-old also tied for the team lead with eight targets, as top wide receivers Marvin Jones and Laviska Shenault were apparent afterthoughts in the passing game. It's unclear whether Agnew will see similar playing time going forward, but he's unlikely to become a fantasy option regardless.

  • K.J. Osborn WR | TEN

Vikings' K.J. Osborn: Just 14 yards receiving Sunday

Osborn had three receptions for 14 yards on four targets in Sunday's win over Detroit.

Osborn played about the usual snap count (40 of the offense's 67 snaps) but didn't get many targets when the offense got conservative in the second half trying to protect a lead. Dede Westbrook played a season high 14 snaps and had three receptions, which is a minor concern for Osborn's usage.

  • Tyreek Hill WR | MIA

Chiefs' Tyreek Hill: Not expected to miss time

Hill isn't expected to miss time after he sustained a minor knee injury in Sunday's loss to the Bills, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Hill didn't appear to be limited while playing most of Sunday's game, but coach Andy Reid revealed after the loss that the receiver is nursing a knee issue. However, the 27-year-old will likely be available for Sunday's Week 6 matchup against Washington.
