Jason Moore WR | DET
Chargers' Jason Moore: Set for significant playing time
Moore was elevated to the Chargers' active roster Saturday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
With both Jalen Guyton and Mike Williams on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Moore could significant playing time as the No. 3 wideout behind Keenan Allen and Joshua Palmer. The long-time practice squad wideout has been an inconsistent option during various preseasons, and he's never been a major contributor at any point throughout his three-year tenure. Expect to see the 26-year-old lined up wide with Allen and Palmer splitting the slot work.

Trent Taylor WR | SF
Bengals' Trent Taylor: Bumped up from practice squad
Taylor was elevated to the Bengals' active roster Saturday, Marisa Contipelli of the Bengals' official site reports.
Taylor's promotion comes after fellow wideout Mike Thomas was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday. Taylor, a former 49er, has appeared in one game for the Bengals this season in Week 15 against the Broncos. He never saw a snap on offense but did contribute on special teams. He'll likely do the same Sunday against the Ravens.

Tyron Johnson WR | DAL
Raiders' Tyron Johnson: Gets elevated for Week 16
The Raiders elevated Johnson from the practice squad Saturday.
Johnson joined Las Vegas' practice squad in mid-November after spending the first half of the season in Jacksonville. Accounting for recent elevations, he's made seven appearances between the two teams, gathering in two of five targets for 16 yards and logging 41 offensive snaps versus 13 on special teams. Johnson likely is poised for more of the latter than the former Sunday against the Broncos.

Nsimba Webster WR | CHI
Bears' Nsimba Webster: Bumps up to active roster
Webster was elevated to Chicago's active roster Saturday.
Webster was also elevated last week against the Vikings but played just six offensive snaps. The undrafted free agent has primarily been special teams depth throughout his three-year career.

Dazz Newsome WR | SF
Bears' Dazz Newsome: Moves up to Chicago's roster
Newsome was elevated to the Bears' active roster Saturday.
Newsome played a whopping 48 offensive snaps in the loss Monday to the Vikings, but he hardly saw any targets. With Jakeem Grant (concussion) sidelined and Allen Robinson still potentially not activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list, the rookie sixth-round pick could see another influx of snaps.
-
David Sills WR | TB
Giants' David Sills: Joins active roster
The Giants elevated Sills from the practice squad Saturday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.
Sills previously was on the active roster for one game this season, a Week 7 matchup with the Panthers in which he couldn't gather in his only target. His next catch actually will serve as the first of his career if he gets on the field, which could happen in a receiving corps that could be without all of Kadarius Toney (oblique), Sterling Shepard (Achilles/IR), John Ross (COVID-19), Collin Johnson (hamstring), C.J. Board (arm/IR) and Dante Pettis (shoulder/IR).
-
Cody Thompson WR | TB
Seahawks' Cody Thompson: Jumps to active roster
The Seahawks elevated Thompson from the practice squad Saturday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
This marks Thompson's fourth elevation of the season. In the prior three appearances, he logged a combined four offensive snaps and 23 on special teams, meaning he'll likely make most of his impact in the latter realm Sunday against the Bears.
-
Josh Palmer WR | BUF
Chargers' Joshua Palmer: Set for No. 2 role
Palmer is expected to be the No. 2 wide receiver for the Chargers entering Sunday's contest with both Mike Williams and Jalen Guyton on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
It'll be interesting to see how the Chargers offense operates with both Keenan Allen and Palmer as the primary options on the field given the two generally tend to run the same routes, but given the lack of available weapons overall Sunday it might simply be a matter of talent trying to overcome scheme deficiencies. Jason Moore, the third-year practice squad receiver with just two catches over the course of his career, will operate as the team's No. 3 wide receiver with Williams, Guyton and Andre Roberts (illness) all sidelined.

Steven Sims WR | ARI
Steven Sims: On COVID-19 list
The Steelers placed Sims (undisclosed) on the practice squad COVID-19 list Saturday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Washington waived Sims in the midst of the preseason, after which he spent roughly a week with Buffalo before not making it past cut-down day. Since then, he's resided on Pittsburgh's practice squad and even earned an elevation Week 10 against Detroit, going without a target on four offensive snaps. Now that he's on the COVID-19 list, Sims isn't eligible to jump up to the active roster until he clears league protocols.
