Pierce (heel) was a full participant in Friday's practice and doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game at Kansas City.

After sitting out Thursday's session, Pierce returned to full work Friday and appears set to handle his usual role for Indianapolis. Colts coach Shane Steichen said Pierce's off day was for maintenance, suggesting the team was never worried about an absence. Pierce played 88 percent of snaps after halftime in the Week 1 loss to Baltimore, so he may have a full-time role despite being banged up already.

Pittman (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.

Pittman was a limited participant Wednesday, but he then missed Thursday's practice and again was listed as a 'DNP' on Friday after a walkthrough. New England's 1:00 p.m ET kickoff means fantasy managers will have a chance to react if Pittman comes down to a game-time decision Sunday morning. An absence should give rookie Germie Bernard his first chance at significant playing time, and both No. 3 WR Roman Wilson and No. 2 TE Darnell Washington are candidates for extra snaps to help fill the gap.

Flowers (hamstring) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against New Orleans.

Flowers returned to practice Friday as a limited participant, with Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reporting that the wideout didn't do much during the open portion of practice. With Flowers unlikely to play, Baltimore's top wideouts for Week 2 are Rashod Bateman, Devontez Walker, Chris Moore, Elijah Sarratt and LaJohntay Wester.

McConkey (rib) is back at practice Friday for the Chargers, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.

McConkey was listed as a non-participant Wednesday and Thursday after missing the fourth quarter of a Week 1 loss to Arizona. His level of participation Friday should provide more clarity on his chances of suiting up Sunday against the Raiders. If McConkey doesn't play, Quentin Johnston and Tre' Harris will be in line for more routes and targets against a Raiders secondary that won't have starting cornerback Darien Porter (foot).

Jennings (not injury related - personal) won't play Sunday in Chicago.

Jennings didn't practice at all this week due to a personal matter and thus now has been ruled out for Week 2 action. The Vikings lean on Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison the most at wide receiver, but some targets seemingly will be available for Tai Felton and even Myles Price in Jennings' absence. Jennings' next chance to suit up will be Sunday, Sept. 27 at Tampa Bay.

Olave (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Baltimore, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

When Olave went down as a limited participant at Thursday's practice due to a hamstring injury, his early exit was deemed precautionary, according to Underhill. Olave remained limited Friday and thus will enter the weekend as a question mark for the Saints' Week 2 offense. In a Week 1 loss at Detroit, Olave served as Tyler Shough's top pass catcher to the tune of 10 catches for 182 yards on 13 targets.

Olave (hamstring) was present for Friday's practice session, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Olave left Thursday's practice with a hamstring issue, which was deemed a precautionary move afterward. It's not yet clear how much he was able to do Friday, but his presence alone bodes well for his chances of suiting up for Sunday's matchup with the Ravens.

Coker (ankle) doesn't have a game designation for Sunday's matchup against Atlanta after participating fully in Friday's practice.

Coker didn't miss a beat last Sunday after rolling his ankle in the first quarter, and he's now managed a full practice after being limited the previous two days. He played 95 percent of Carolina's snaps Week 1 prior to sitting out the final drive in garbage time.

Flowers (hamstring) is practicing Friday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

After missing Baltimore's first two practices of the week, Flowers is giving it a go at the final session. He'll likely be listed as a limited participant, with Zrebiec reporting that Flowers "didn't appear to be doing much" during the early portion of practice.
