Hunter Renfrow WR | CAR
Raiders' Hunter Renfrow: Remains back in Vegas on Saturday
Renfrow (coach's decision) did not make the trip to Miami for the Raiders' 15-13 preseason win over the Dolphins on Saturday night, Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
Renfrow also sat out the Raiders' preseason opener against the Jaguars back on Aug. 4, as well as the victory over the Vikings in the team's second exhibition. Given his importance to the team's air attack and the fact the likes of Derek Carr and Davante Adams also didn't play Saturday night, Renfrow's third consecutive absence isn't overly surprising. Renfrow's final chance to suit up before the regular-season opener against the Chargers comes in Friday night's exhibition finale versus the Patriots.

Danny Gray WR | PHI
49ers' Danny Gray: Totals 24 yards in preseason win
Gray recorded two receptions on four targets for 24 yards in Saturday's preseason win over the Vikings.
Gray drew the second target of the game for San Francisco and tallied receptions of nine and 15 yards. The rookie third-round pick also converted a two-point conversion to put the 49ers up by seven early in the fourth quarter. Gray should be locked into a roster spot but is fighting for a regular role among the team's receiving corps.

K.J. Osborn WR | TEN
Vikings' K.J. Osborn: Doesn't suit up Saturday
Osborn didn't play in Saturday's preseason defeat to the 49ers, Lindsey Young of the Vikings' official site reports.
Osborn joined the Vikings' top two wide receivers Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen on the sideline. While Jefferson and Thielen also didn't suit up in preseason Week 1 at Las Vegas, Osborn did play, logging eight offensive snaps and catching his only target for 10 yards. The third-year pro has settled into the third receiver role in Minnesota's offense, which may yield more fruit this year under new coach Kevin O'Connell.

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine WR | IND
Titans' Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: One grab in preseason win
Westbrook-Ikhine brought in one of two targets for 21 yards in the Titans' 13-3 preseason win over the Buccaneers on Saturday night.
Westbrook-Ikhine logged the first target of the game and made good use of it, recording his 21-yard gain in connection with rookie quarterback Malik Willis. The 25-year-old saw a nice boost in production in 2021 thanks to an increase in opportunities due to injuries in the Titans' receiving corps, and he figures to enjoy another solid role this coming season as the likely No. 3 wideout once Robert Woods (knee) and Treylon Burks (lower leg) are at full health.
-
Adam Thielen WR | PIT
Vikings' Adam Thielen: Doesn't play Saturday
Thielen didn't play in Saturday's preseason loss to the 49ers, Lindsey Young of the Vikings' official site reports.
For a second straight exhibition, Thielen remained on the sideline along with fellow wide receiver Justin Jefferson, running back Dalvin Cook and quarterback Kirk Cousins. Thielen understandably has yielded the No. 1 wide receiver gig in Minnesota to Jefferson the last two seasons, but the former remained productive himself, totaling 1,651 receiving yards and 24 touchdowns in 28 games during that span.
-
Justin Jefferson WR | MIN
Vikings' Justin Jefferson: DNP on Saturday
Jefferson didn't play in Saturday's preseason defeat to the 49ers, Lindsey Young of the Vikings' official site reports.
Jefferson is among a number of Vikings starting skill-position players that have yet to suit up during exhibition season (along with quarterback Kirk Cousins, running back Dalvin Cook and fellow wide receiver Adam Thielen). While Jefferson doesn't necessarily need the reps to be ready for the regular season after racking up 3,016 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns in his first two pro campaigns, he will have one more chance to make an appearance before Week 1 next Saturday at Denver.

Treylon Burks WR | WAS
Titans' Treylon Burks: Dealing with leg injury
Burks was seen with a wrap on his left leg during the fourth quarter of Sunday's preseason win against the Buccaneers, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Burks made an early exit from Wednesday's practice with an unknown injury before participating in a limited capacity at Thursday's session. He proceeded to play a second consecutive exhibition Saturday, logging offensive snaps into the fourth quarter. Overall, the rookie first-round pick finished with a four-yard catch on three targets, one of which was picked off, and also committed an offensive holding penalty, which marked his last reference in the play-by-play logs. The nature of the wide receiver's health concern isn't known, but after dealing with conditioning issues during the offseason program, there continues to be questions about whether he can get and stay on the field consistently.

J.J. Koski WR | DEN
J.J. Koski: Goes to waivers with injury
The Rams waived Koski (shoulder) with an injury designation Saturday.
Koski will revert to Los Angeles' injured reserve list unless another team claims him during the current waiver period. He suffered a shoulder injury during a team scrimmage Tuesday, which is presumably the reason for the move. His absence might shorten the odds that Brandon Powell or Jacob Harris eventually makes the Rams' initial 53-man roster.
-
Jahan Dotson WR | ATL
Commanders' Jahan Dotson: Two catches Saturday
Dotson caught both of his targets for 23 yards in Saturday's 24-14 preseason loss to the Chiefs.
Dotson was the recipient of Carson Wentz's first pass of the game, while his second catch came on a Taylor Heinicke pass late in the first half. The rookie first-round pick reportedly has been turning heads in camp, so Dotson seems primed for a prominent role out of the gate as a secondary option for Wentz behind Terry McLaurin.
-
Skyy Moore WR | GB
Chiefs' Skyy Moore: Targeted deep by Mahomes
Moore didn't catch his only target in Saturday's 24-14 preseason win over Washington and added a one-yard punt return.
Patrick Mahomes looked for Moore deep twice over the team's first two drives. Neither pass connected, though one of the plays was nullified by an offensive holding penalty. Moore's usage alongside the Chiefs' star quarterback is a promising sign regarding the rookie second-round pick's role, even if his chemistry with Mahomes still is developing at this point.
