Thomas (toe) agreed Tuesday to restructure his contract, likely keeping him with the Saints for 2023, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

A contract restructure in January set Thomas up to be released this offseason, but he then decided to work things out with the Saints rather than hitting free agency after missing the final three months of 2022 with a dislocated toe. He's now on a one-year, $10 million contract that can go up to $15 million via incentives, and he'll be catching passes from Derek Carr after the Saints cycled through Jameis Winston, Taysom Hill, Trevor Siemian and Andy Dalton the past two years. While Carr is no Drew Brees and Chris Olave may be the true No. 1 now, Thomas is in a decent spot to bounce back in his age-30 season ahead.

Brown is in line to sign a one-year deal with the Texans, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

The 6-foot-2, 225 pounder, who posted career highs with Dallas last season (43 catches for 555 yards and three touchdowns) adds size and experience to the Texans' wideout corps ahead of the coming season. However, the 27-year-old's fantasy upside hinges on what other moves the Texans make at the position, as well as how the team's quarterback situation plays out in advance of the regular season.

Meyers agreed Tuesday with the Raiders on a three-year, $33 million contract, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Meyers heads to a familiar offensive scheme under head coach Josh McDaniels while landing a relatively affordable deal that includes $21 million guaranteed. After operating as New England's top wideout in recent years, Meyers now slots in as a comfortable No. 2 option behind top receiver Davante Adams, giving new quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (foot) a more complete complement of skill-position players. Meyers' departure leaves the Patriots with a significant void to fill in the passing game.

Lazard and New York are engaged in active contract discussions Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The Jets are, at a minimum, working to reunite Lazard with new offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett, although ongoing speculation of Aaron Rodgers potentially ending up with Gang Green could also be playing a role. Lazard recorded a career-best 60-788-6 receiving line through 15 appearances in Green Bay last season, and he's set to become an unrestricted free agent at the start of the new league year Wednesday.

Gallup (knee/ankle) agreed to a restructured contract Monday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.

Recovering from offseason knee and ankle clean-up procedures, Gallup's restructure creates roughly $7 million in cap space for the Cowboys. Gallup had a disappointing 2022, catching just 39 passes for 424 yards and four touchdowns and averaging a career-low 10.9 yards per catch after tearing his ACL the previous year.

The Buccaneers restructured Gage's contact Sunday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Gage agreed to adjust his 2023 base salary from $10 million to $7 million, thus creating some slight relief for the cap-strapped Buccaneers. This renegotiated contract does fully guarantee his payment for the 2023 season, which represents a $2 million increase in guaranteed salary, according to Greg Auman of Fox Sports. Gage's new deal also includes multiple salary incentives that will give him an opportunity to earn back some of his previous salary.

The Giants are expected to re-sign Shepard (knee) on Wednesday, when the new league year begins, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Shepard is slated to return to the Giants on a one-year, $1.165 million deal heading into his eighth season in 2023, according to Art Stapleton of The Bergen Record. The 5-foot-10 wideout was selected by the Giants in the second round of the 2016 Draft and has been a steady producer since then, though he's dealt with numerous injuries over the last four seasons and appeared in just 32 games during that stretch. He tore his ACL in Week 3 of the 2022 campaign and remains in the rehab process, but the impending deal with the Giants suggests New York is happy with the progress the 30-year-old has made so far. However, his status for the start of the upcoming season remains unclear.

The Saints are not expected to tender Callaway, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Callaway has totaled 1,069 yards and seven touchdowns in three years with the Saints and was set for restricted free agency this summer, but the undrafted wideout will be free to sign anywhere he wants if his contract isn't tendered. Fowler added that a return to the Saints could still be in the cards if Callaway can't find a better deal elsewhere, but for now, the 6-foot-2 speedster appears on his way out of New Orleans.

Mooney (ankle) should now be the Bears' No. 2 receiver after the Bears acquired DJ Moore on Friday.

Mooney proved to be an excellent receiver when he posted 1,055 receiving yards and four touchdowns in 2021. But last year, the Bears' passing offense struggled to start the year. Then in Week 12, Mooney fractured his ankle, and he ended the year with 493 yards. Expected to be back on the field in some capacity this spring while he recovers from the injury, he should be a much better fit as a No. 2 receiver, with Moore now expected to slot in as the top option. Mooney has shown the ability to get open at all levels of the field. Even though it's unlikely he reaches the 140 targets he saw in 2021, the quality of targets could increase with defenses focusing on Moore. After 40 wide receivers are off the board, Mooney is a player to consider in fantasy drafts for those who believe Chicago will try to open up its passing attack.

Woods and the Texans have agreed to terms on a two-year, $15.25 million deal, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Woods was cut by the Titans in February in an effort for Tennessee to clear up salary cap space. The soon-to-be 31-year-old pass catcher played a full 17-game slate in 2022, accumulating 527 yards and two touchdowns on 53 receptions in the process. It remains to be seen what Houston plans on doing with fellow wide receiver Brandin Cooks, but Woods will presumably slot in as a top target for whomever is under center come Week 1.
