Anthony Miller WR | BAL
Anthony Miller: Let go by 49ers
The 49ers released Miller on Tuesday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Miller spent the offseason and a lot of training camp with the Steelers before getting waived in mid-August. He subsequently found his way to San Francisco after clearing waivers and was competing for a depth receiving role with the club. The 28-year-old was unable to do enough to climb up the ladder and is now set to look for a new opportunity if he does not get a practice squad offer.

Chris Conley WR | SF
Chris Conley: Does not make team
Conley (shoulder) was released by the 49ers on Tuesday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Conley was considered day-to-day after straining an AC joint in his shoulder in the 49ers' preseason finale. It is unclear if he is still nursing that injury or recovered from it. He was considered on the roster bubble, but ultimately came up short, so it would not be unlikely if he gets a look on the team's practice squad. The journeyman pass catcher spent time with both the Texans and Titans in 2022.

Bears' Isaiah Ford: Lands on IR
The Bears placed Ford on injured reserve with an undisclosed injury Tuesday, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.

Isaiah Winstead WR | NYJ
Isaiah Winstead: Sent packing by San Fran
Winstead was waived by the 49ers on Tuesday, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Winstead landed in San Francisco in May after going undrafted. He was competing for a depth receiver role with the club, as well as the opportunity to contribute on special teams. While he failed in the end in terms of making it through final roster cuts, it remains to be seen if the 49ers will give him a chance on their practice squad.

Lynn Bowden Jr. WR | NO
Lynn Bowden: Cut by New Orleans
The Saints waived Bowden on Tuesday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Bowden signed with the Saints in mid-June, but he was unable to make enough of an impact to earn a spot on the 53-man roster. He's struggled to find a role in the NFL over the past few seasons, as he spent time with the Raiders, Dolphins and Patriots before joining the Saints this summer. It's unclear whether he'll draw interest from other clubs ahead of the 2023 campaign.

Haselwood joined the Eagles as an undrafted free agent in May. He was competing for the opportunity to play a depth receiver role on the team's 53-man roster, as well as contribute on special teams. Johnny King WR | PHI
Johnny King: Cut by Eagles
King did not make the Eagles' 53-man roster and was waived by the team Tuesday, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
King originally signed with the Colts as an undrafted free agent during the offseason but was eventually let go at the start of training camp. He subsequently found his way to Philadelphia and has been competing for a depth receiving role since. The Southeast Missouri State product ultimately came up short in his quest, and it now remains to be seen if he will get a chance to join the team's practice squad.
