Brandin Cooks WR | BUF
Cowboys' Brandin Cooks: Gets back to full participation
Cooks (knee) practiced in full Thursday, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Coach Mike McCarthy relayed to Todd Archer of ESPN.com earlier Thursday that Cooks would be "good to go," but such a statement doesn't always equate to all activity during a given practice. Cooks was able to handle every rep Thursday, setting himself up to contain his DNP streak to one game due to a MCL sprain. Friday's injury report will unveil whether or not he goes into the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest at Arizona.

DeVante Parker WR | PHI
Patriots' DeVante Parker: Limited again Thursday
Parker (knee) remained limited in practice Thursday, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Parker was limited all last week in practice but made his season debut in Week 2 against the Dolphins and played all 74 offensive snaps, turning in a 6-57-0 line on eight targets. Parker should be out there as an every-down wideout in a tougher Week 3 draw against the Jets.

Brandon Aiyuk WR | SF
49ers' Brandon Aiyuk: Likely to sit out Thursday
Aiyuk (shoulder), who is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Giants, isn't expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Aiyuk's status will be confirmed approximately 90 minutes prior to the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, when the 49ers release their inactive list. With Aiyuk on track to miss the Week 3 contest, Jauan Jennings, Ronnie Bell and Ray-Ray McCloud could be all be in store for expanded opportunities in both two- and three-receiver sets, though No. 1 wideout Deebo Samuel, tight end George Kittle and running back Christian McCaffrey profile as quarterback Brock Purdy's top three options in the passing game.

Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ
Lions' Josh Reynolds: Logs another limited session
Reynolds (groin) was a limited practice participant Thursday.
Reynolds has been very efficient with his reps to kick off the current campaign, hauling in nine of 13 targets for 146 yards and two touchdowns. That equates to 16.2 YPC and 11.2 YPT, which will be difficult to maintain moving forward. Still, Reynolds' groin injury is a pressing issue, which is capping his on-field reps during Week 3 prep. Friday's practice report will reveal whether or not he'll enter the weekend with a designation for Sunday's game versus the Falcons.

Puka Nacua WR | LAR
Rams' Puka Nacua: Not practicing Thursday
Coach Sean McVay said Nacua (oblique) won't take part in Thursday's practice, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Nacua also didn't practice last Thursday due to an oblique injury before returning to Friday's session as a limited participant, and with two more chances to get back on the field during Week 3 prep, he could very well avoid a designation for Monday's game at Cincinnati. McVay himself added Thursday that the Rams expect Nacua to be available for that contest, but the wide receiver's status nonetheless bears watching in the coming days. Through two games to start his career, Nacua is on a torrid pace that includes 25 catches (on 35 targets) for 266 yards and no touchdowns.

Amari Cooper WR | LV
Browns' Amari Cooper: Puts in limited practice
Cooper (groin/shoulder) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Cooper carried the groin injury into Monday's game in Pittsburgh but proceeded to suit up and play 74 percent of the snaps in the Browns' 26-22 loss. In addition to the groin issue, Cooper is tending to a shoulder injury, though his ability to upgrade from no activity in Wednesday's practice to limited participation a day later is a positive sign. If Cooper can take another step forward by practicing fully Friday, he should be in good position to enter Sunday's game against the Titans minus an injury designation.

DeAndre Hopkins WR | BAL
Titans' DeAndre Hopkins: Puts in limited practice Thursday
Hopkins (ankle) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
After failing to practice in any fashion last week, Hopkins took a questionable tag into this past Sunday's game against the Chargers but proceeded to suit up and play 59 percent of the snaps on offense in the team's 27-24 overtime win. Hopkins returned to practice Wednesday as a full participant and appeared to have put the ankle issue behind him, only to show up as a limited participant a day later. The Titans haven't indicated whether Hopkins suffered an in-practice setback Thursday, or if his limitations were maintenance-related. Assuming the latter case, Hopkins should still have a good chance at being available this weekend in Cleveland to handle his usual high-volume role in the Tennessee passing attack.

Amon-Ra St. Brown WR | DET
Lions' Amon-Ra St. Brown: Limited in return to practice
St. Brown (knee) was limited at Thursday's practice.
After coach Dan Campbell told Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com on Wednesday that St. Brown was dealing with a toe injury, was day-to-day and wouldn't practice to begin Week 3 prep, the wide receiver mixed into some drills one day later. It's a decent enough sign that St. Brown is doing everything possible to be available Sunday against the Falcons, but his status still will be one to monitor closely, especially with how the Lions list him on Friday's practice report.

Jalen Nailor WR | LV
Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Headed to IR
Nailor (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve Thursday.
The second-year wideout has been placed on IR after being a limited participant during Wednesday's practice. Nailor was restricted to special teams while playing in Minnesota's first two games, recording one total tackle. He'll now be forced to miss at least the next four weeks of the Vikings' campaign and will be eligible to return in Week 7.

Darnell Mooney WR | NYG
Bears' Darnell Mooney: Reps capped again Thursday
Mooney (knee) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
For the second day in a row, Mooney had his reps managed in practice while he tends to a knee issue. The Bears haven't expressed any major concern with Mooney's health, so if he's able to bump up to full participation in Friday's session, he'll likely approach Sunday's game in Kansas City without an injury designation. Through the Bears' first two games, Mooney has hauled in four of seven targets for 53 yards and a touchdown.
