Jameson Williams WR | DET
Lions' Jameson Williams: Ruled out for Week 18
Williams (ankle/illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Minnesota.
Williams suffered an ankle injury early in the fourth quarter of last Saturday's 20-19 loss to Dallas and never returned to the game. He didn't practice this week, and the Lions never figured to push things given that their Week 18 result is highly unlikely to have an impact on their playoff seed (currently No. 3). It's possible some of the teams healthy players are held out or rested, and that combined with Williams being absent should lead to at least one of the team's depth receivers (Kalif Raymond, Donovan Peoples-Jones, Antoine Green) playing a lot of snaps. Williams, meanwhile, will hope to make it back for a home game in the wild-card round.

Christian Kirk WR | SF
Jaguars' Christian Kirk: Gets Week 18 questionable tag
The Jaguars list Kirk (groin) as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans.
After missing four consecutive games while recovering from core-muscle surgery, Kirk was designated for return from injured reserve Wednesday and was a limited participant in each of the Jaguars' three practices this week. While the Jaguars haven't ruled Kirk out from playing in Sunday's regular-season finale, the team will need to add him back to the 53-man roster before 4 p.m. ET on Saturday in order for him to be eligible. If he's not activated ahead of Sunday's contest, the Jaguars would still have the option of bringing Kirk back in advance of the wild-card round of the playoffs, should the team clinch a postseason berth.

A.T. Perry WR | PIT
Saints' A.T. Perry: Listed as questionable despite full practice
Perry (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Perry was a full participant Friday in his return to practice, suggesting he'll likely play in the Saints' crucial Week 18 matchup. He's seen a lot of playing time but not many targets filling in for Michael Thomas (knee) the past month and a half, mostly serving as the fourth or fifth option in a passing game that also features WR Chris Olave, RB Alvin Kamara (ankle), WR Rashid Shaheed and TE Juwan Johnson (chest) as pass catchers for QB Derek Carr. For their regular-season finale, the Saints have three of those players listed as questionable, with Kamara seemingly in more danger than Perry and Johnson.

Darnell Mooney WR | NYG
Bears' Darnell Mooney: Not playing in finale
Mooney (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Packers.
Mooney will sit out the season finale after he has been unable to resume practicing in any capacity since experiencing concussion symptoms following the Bears' Week 16 win over the Cardinals. Before missing the team's final two games of the 2023 campaign, Mooney was active for each of the first 15 contests and recorded a 31-414-1 receiving line on 61 targets. The 26-year-old is scheduled to become a free agent this offseason, and while the Bears could look to retain him, Mooney could be pushed down a spot or two on the depth chart after he was one of the NFL's least-productive No. 2 receivers when healthy in 2023.

Zay Jones WR | ARI
Jaguars' Zay Jones: Questionable for key Week 18 game
Jones (knee/hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans.
Jones, fellow wide receiver Christian Kirk (groin) and quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder/finger) are all listed as questionable after each of them was a limited participant in all three of Jacksonville's practices this week. Jones has missed eight games this season due to injuries, including the last two. Per Demetrius Harvey of the Florida Times-Union, coach Doug Pederson said Friday that he expects Jones to be active Sunday.
-
Chris Olave WR | NO
Saints' Chris Olave: Ready for Week 18 matchup
Olave (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Atlanta, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Olave now will play a third straight game since missing Week 15 with an ankle injury. He lit up the Rams for 129 yards the following game but then slumped to 3-26-0 (six targets) Week 17 in a 23-13 win over Tampa Bay. Olave was a full practice participant Friday and shouldn't have any limitations Sunday as the Saints battle for a playoff spot.
-
Rakim Jarrett WR | PIT
Buccaneers' Rakim Jarrett: Activated from IR for Week 18
Jarrett (quadriceps) was activated off injured reserve Friday.
The rookie wide receiver is still officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, but the Buccaneers presumably wouldn't have added him back to the 53-man roster Friday if he wasn't on track to play this weekend. Jarrett was a full participant in practice during the week and looks to have moved past the quad injury that has kept him out of action since Week 11. Jarrett has served as a depth wideout for Tampa Bay when healthy, recording just four catches for 60 yards on nine targets across his 10 appearances on the season.

Dontayvion Wicks WR | PHI
Packers' Dontayvion Wicks: Among team's questionable WRs
Wicks (chest) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Wicks sat out the Packers' Week 16 win over Minnesota, but he upgraded to full practice participation Thursday, suggesting that the rookie wide receiver is more likely than not to suit up for Sunday's pivotal game. Green Bay's wide receiver depth chart is in flux heading into the regular-season finale, as Christian Watson (hamstring) and Jayden Reed (chest) are also listed as questionable.
-
DJ Moore WR | BUF
Bears' DJ Moore: Cleared to face Green Bay
Moore (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Packers.
Moore hurt his ankle early in Chicago's Week 16 game and had just 18 yards in a 27-16 win over Arizona, but he then came back last week with 9-159-1 receiving line in a blowout of the Falcons and now will play in the season finale. Moore even upgraded to full practice participation Friday after sitting out the previous two days.
-
Jayden Reed WR | GB
Packers' Jayden Reed: Questionable for Week 18
Reed (chest) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Reed was listed with a chest injury for much of December but missed a game Week 16 with a toe issue. He returned for Week 17 and caught six passes for 89 yards and two touchdowns before halftime but then left in the second quarter (and didn't return) with a chest/rib injury. The Packers listed Reed as a limited practice participant Wednesday and Thursday, and with a playoff spot on the line it won't be surprising if he suits up even if that means playing through pain. The Packers have a reputation for being cautious with injuries, but this might be an exception given that it's not a lower-body issue and the team has so much on the line. Reed enters the weekend with a chance to suit up and avoid the inactive list ahead of a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. Fellow wide receivers Christian Watson (hamstring) and Dontayvion Wicks (chest) also are listed as questionable, though the latter's full practice participation earlier this week suggests he may not be truly questionable but rather on track to return after missing Week 17.
