Pat Freiermuth TE | PIT
Steelers' Pat Freiermuth: Tallies first touchdown
Freiermuth recorded five receptions on seven targets for 57 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Colts.
Freiermuth was one of the few things the Pittsburgh offense had going in the first half, as he led the team in targets and yards. Though his usage faded in the final two quarters, this was still a promising performance for him as he managed both his first catch of 20 or more yards and touchdown of the season. Though it hadn't led to significant fantasy success prior to Sunday's matchup, Freiermuth has a clear role in the Pittsburgh offense, as he now has at least four catches in all four games on the campaign.

Tucker Kraft TE | GB
Packers' Tucker Kraft: Touchdown catch in Week 4 loss
Kraft secured six of nine targets for 53 yards and a touchdown and also lost a fumble in the Packers' 31-29 loss to the Vikings on Sunday. He also caught a two-point conversion pass.
Kraft finished with the second-most catches on the afternoon for the Packers and established new season highs across his receiving line. He recorded his first touchdown of the season on a 13-yard grab in the fourth quarter, a play he followed up with a two-point conversion grab that brought Green Bay within six points. However, Kraft's subsequent fumble at his own 44-yard line with 4:27 remaining was costly, as his team was nine points down at the time. Kraft's increase in involvement was encouraging, however, and he'll draw a favorable matchup against the Rams on the road in Week 5.

George Kittle TE | SF
49ers' George Kittle: Scores TD amid injury scare
Kittle (ribs/hamstring) corralled all four of his targets for 45 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-13 win over the Patriots.
Kittle was already returning from a hamstring injury that cost him the Week 3 tilt against the Rams before needing to leave Sunday's contest against the Patriots with a rib injury. The physical tight end gets banged up often, but he generally toughs it out whenever possible, illustrated by the fact that Kittle returned promptly from the medical tent while tacking on another catch before finishing off the win over New England. Do not be surprised if the eight-year pro pops up on the injury report leading up to Week 5, but assuming the fantasy stud suits up against Arizona, he makes for a strong play after providing at least four catches and 40 yards in three active games while nabbing two touchdowns for managers thus far this season.

Cole Kmet TE | CHI
Bears' Cole Kmet: Three catches in Week 4 win
Kmet caught three passes on three targets for 34 yards in the Bears' 24-18 win over the Rams on Sunday.
After a 10-catch outburst against the Colts in Week 3, Kmet saw his workload reduce considerably with the return of Keenan Allen from a two-game absence due to a heel injury. Kmet did finish tied for second in receptions and as the runner-up in receiving yards on the afternoon for Chicago, but his production Sunday is likely to be much closer to the norm than what he was able to do in the aforementioned loss to Indianapolis.

Ja'Tavion Sanders TE | CAR
Panthers' Ja'Tavion Sanders: Compiles 16 yards in Week 4
Sanders caught both of his targets for 16 yards during Sunday's 34-24 loss to the Bengals.
Tommy Tremble appeared to have reclaimed Carolina's No. 1 tight-end spot after outperforming Sanders in Week 3. However, the rookie from Texas caught two passes to Tremble's none in Week 4, so it seems that Sanders was more involved in the team's offensive gameplan. Sanders remains too inconsistent to be a viable fantasy option at the moment, but he's likely the Panthers' best pass-catching TE, and his role could grow as he continues adjusting to the NFL level.

Tommy Tremble TE | CAR
Panthers' Tommy Tremble: Not targeted in Week 4
Tremble wasn't targeted in Sunday's 34-24 loss to the Bengals.
The Panthers' tight-end room remains seemingly open, as Tremble was thought to be the team's top option but was out-produced by rookie Ja'Tavion Sanders (two catches for 16 yards) again in Week 4. Despite Carolina's immense offensive improvements over the last two weeks, Tremble remains too inconsistent to be a viable fantasy option moving forward.

Dallas Goedert TE | PHI
Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Leads pass catchers in loss
Goedert brought in seven of eight targets for 62 yards in the Eagles' 33-16 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.
With A.J. Brown (hamstring) and DeVonta Smith (concussion) both sidelined, Goedert unsurprisingly led the Eagles in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the afternoon. The talented tight end was coming off a stellar 10-catch, 170-yard performance against the Saints in Week 3, and although his numbers were markedly less spectacular Sunday, he still provided fantasy managers with a useful tally. As successful as Goedert has been the last two games, his target share is almost certain to take a hit in a Week 6 home matchup against the Browns on Sunday, Oct. 13 following a Week 5 bye, considering there's a good chance at least one of the aforementioned wideouts will be able to suit up for that contest.
-
Kyle Pitts TE | ATL
Falcons' Kyle Pitts: Blanked against New Orleans
Pitts failed to catch any of his three targets in Sunday's 26-24 win over the Saints.
It was another poor showing for the tight end, who has managed just a 5-79-0 line on 12 targets over the last three games. Pitts' struggles have mirrored those of Kirk Cousins, who has yet to have a breakout performance for his new club. Even if the veteran QB does begin to put up better numbers though, he seems to have a better rapport with wideouts like Darnell Mooney than he does with Pitts. The fourth overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft will try to shake off his malaise in Week 5 against the Buccaneers.

George Kittle TE | SF
49ers' George Kittle: Back in Sunday's game
Kittle (ribs) reentered Sunday's game versus the Patriots, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Kittle was deemed questionable to return at halftime due to a rib injury, but he was able to mix back into the 49ers offense on the team's first drive of the third quarter. He'll look to build upon a 3-38-1 line on three targets from the first half.

George Kittle TE | SF
49ers' George Kittle: Hurts ribs Sunday
Kittle suffered a rib injury during Sunday's game against the Patriots, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Kittle sat out a Week 3 road loss to the Rams due to a hamstring injury, but he was able to return after just one game missed. He's now dealing with a new health concern, and prior to the 49ers announcing it at halftime of Sunday's contest, he gathered in all three targets for 38 yards and one touchdown. Eric Saubert and Jake Tonges are the remaining healthy tight ends on the active roster.
