  • Taysom Hill QB | NO

Saints' Taysom Hill: Officially has rib injury

Coach Dennis Allen clarified after Sunday's 26-24 loss at Atlanta that Hill suffered a rib injury during the game, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Hill already sat out Week 3 due to a chest injury, and he picked up a new health concern in the second quarter Sunday in his return to action. It's unclear if he may be in danger is missing additional time, but the other healthy and active TEs for the Saints in Week 4 were Juwan Johnson (three targets) and Foster Moreau (none).

Saints' Taysom Hill: Hurts abdomen Sunday

Hill suffered an abdominal injury during Sunday's game in Atlanta, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Hill appeared to be grabbing at his chest when he exited in the middle of the second quarter, which could have signaled an aggravation of the issue that forced him to sit out Week 3. Instead, he's dealing with a different health concern of unknown severity. Prior to leaving the contest, Hill had six carries for 24 yards and two touchdowns and wasn't targeted.

Saints' Taysom Hill: Departs Sunday's game

Hill (undisclosed) exited Sunday's game at Atlanta, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

Per Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com, Hill seemed to clutch at his chest as he ran to the sideline in the middle of the second quarter. After a visit to the blue medical tent, Hill then went to the locker room. He may have aggravated the chest injury that he suffered Week 2 at Dallas that kept him out last Sunday against the Eagles, something that the Saints may confirm in due time.

  • Tanner Hudson TE | CIN

Bengals' Tanner Hudson: Not playing Sunday

Hudson (knee) is inactive Sunday against the Panthers.

Hudson hasn't played since Week 1 with the injury, despite being active in Week 2, nor did he practice this week. In his absence, Erick All and Drew Sample will continue to see extra snaps behind Mike Gesicki.

  • Ko Kieft TE | TB

    Buccaneers' Ko Kieft: Suiting up

Kieft (ankle) is active Sunday against the Eagles, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Kieft started the week with back-to-back DNPs at practice but did get back on the field Friday, setting him up to take the field in Week 4. He should operate as the team's No. 3 tight end, behind starter Cade Otton and backup Payne Durham.

  • Will Mallory TE | IND

Colts' Will Mallory: Slated to make season debut

Mallory is active for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Mallory has yet to play this season. With Jelani Woods (toe) on injured reserve, snaps are available at tight end in Indianapolis. However, Mallory remains behind Kylen Granson, Mo Alie-Cox and Drew Ogletree on the depth chart.

  • Davis Allen TE | LAR

Rams' Davis Allen: Ready to go

Allen (back) is active Sunday against the Bears.

Allen has been absent the last two weeks, but he was able to get on the practice field as a full participant Friday, paving the way for him to take the field Sunday. He should operate as the team's No. 2 tight end, behind Colby Parkinson.

  • Pharaoh Brown TE | ARI

Seahawks' Pharaoh Brown: Good to go vs. Detroit

Brown (foot) was limited during Saturday's practice but does not carry an injury designation into Monday's game against Detroit, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.

Brown made his regular-season debut in Week 3 against Miami after missing the first two games due to a foot injury he sustained during training camp. Brown avoided an injury tag for Monday's game despite being limited in practice all week, though that could be the blueprint for his injury management moving forward. Brown will once again serve as the Hawks' backup tight end behind starter Noah Fant.

  • Noah Fant TE | NO

Seahawks' Noah Fant: All set for Monday

Fant (toe) does not carry an injury designation into Monday's game against the Lions, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.

This was the expected outcome, but it's still a positive for the injury-ridden Seahawks. The veteran tight end was a trendy sleeper fantasy option entering the year, but he's tallied just 13 total targets across three games despite a relatively potent Seahawks passing attack. Game script could see Seattle playing catchup Monday, which might afford Fant a few more opportunities.

  • Raiders' John Samuel Shenker: Signed to Raiders' active roster

The Raiders signed Shenker from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Shenker opted to stick around on Las Vegas' practice squad after failing to make the 53-man roster at the end of training camp. He'll now be part of the Raiders' active roster, and with Michael Mayer (personal) ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns, Shenker will likely serve as the No. 3 tight end behind Brock Bowers and Harrison Bryant.
