Robinson rushed 28 times for 170 yards and two touchdowns and brought in two of five targets for three yards in the Falcons' 44-38 overtime loss to the Panthers on Sunday.

Robinson saved his best for last in terms of the 2024 season, recording a new career high in rushing yards while also scoring a pair of rushing touchdowns for the third consecutive game on runs of three and four yards. Robinson continuously ripped off chunk gains against the Panthers' league-worst run defense, and he'll finish the 2024 campaign with five 100-yard efforts -- all which came from Week 7 on -- and at least 90 rushing yards in six straight contests.

Dowdle rushed 22 times for 72 yards and a touchdown while catching two of three targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 23-19 loss to the Commanders.

Dowdle's two-yard rushing touchdown with 7:02 remaining in the fourth quarter gave the Cowboys a 19-16 lead, but the Commanders responded with a game-winning touchdown in the final seconds. The pending unrestricted free agent bolstered his value with a strong stretch run, as Dowdle compiled 591 rushing yards and two touchdowns over the last six games. Overall, Dowdle recorded 235 carries for 1,079 yards and two touchdowns while catching 39 of 49 targets for 249 yards and three touchdowns in this breakout season. If the Cowboys bring Dowdle back, they will likely look to bolster their backfield further via the draft or free agency.

Ekeler (concussion) rushed three times for 12 yards and caught both of his targets for 20 yards in Sunday's 23-19 win over the Cowboys.

Ekeler returned from injured reserve to make his first appearance since Week 12. He reprised his role as the change-of-pace option behind Brian Robinson in Washington's backfield. Ekeler finishes the regular season with 77 carries for 367 yards and four touchdowns, as well as 35 catches for 366 yards on 41 targets in 12 appearances. The Commanders will go on the road in the wild-card round against either the Rams or Buccaneers.

Robinson rushed five times for 10 yards and caught his only target for six yards in Sunday's 23-19 win over the Cowboys.

Robinson didn't get many touches in the regular-season finale as the Commanders chose not to overwork their running backs ahead of the postseason. Washington's lead back finishes the regular season with 187 carries for 799 yards and eight touchdowns, as well as 20 catches for 159 yards on 25 targets. Austin Ekeler (concussion) returned from injured reserve Sunday, but Robinson's likely to get the majority of touches over Ekeler in the wild-card round against either the Rams or Buccaneers.

Jacobs rushed six times for 44 yards and a touchdown while catching his only target for two yards in Sunday's 24-22 loss to the Bears.

Jacobs extended his touchdown streak to eight games with his 15th rushing touchdown of the season on a nine-yard run in the second quarter. That play capped Jacobs' first regular season in Green Bay, as Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks handled backfield duties the rest of the way. Jacobs rushed 301 times for 1,329 yards and 15 touchdowns while adding 36 catches for 342 yards and his first career receiving touchdown on 43 targets in the regular season. The seventh-seeded Packers will travel to Philadelphia in the wild-card round.

Mixon rushed the ball five times for 23 yards in Sunday's 23-14 win over the Titans. He added one reception on one target for five yards.

Mixon played one offensive possession with the rest of the Texans' starting unit and then gave way to Dameon Pierce as the team was locked into the fourth seed in the AFC. His five carries were enough for him to top 1,000 yards on the ground for the second consecutive campaign. While he's been held to fewer than 60 rushing yards in six of his last eight games, Mixon will play a key role in the Houston offense in a playoff matchup against either the Steelers or Chargers.

Guerendo won't return to Sunday's game at Arizona due to knee and ankle injuries.

Guerendo had his left leg twisted under him on his second carry of the game, and his teammates quickly motioned to the sideline for assistance. He eventually was carted off the field and ruled out not long after. With Guerendo unavailable, the 49ers will entrust the run game in Patrick Taylor and FB Kyle Juszczyk for the rest of their season finale.

Abanikanda (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 18 matchup versus Arizona, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports.

Abanikanda will end the campaign in a familiar position, as he's been a healthy inactive on gameday throughout the season. The second-year running back didn't see any NFL action this year after getting into six games for the Jets in 2023. Abanikanda was claimed off waivers by San Francisco in early December but didn't get any looks despite the team's running-back room being decimated by injuries.

Hunt (coach's decision) is active for Sunday's game against the Broncos.

Hunt didn't miss any practice time this week, but with the Chiefs having already clinched the AFC's No. 1 seed heading to regular-season finale and planning to rest multiple key players on both sides of the ball, he had been listed as doubtful heading into Sunday. Though he'll be in uniform Sunday, Hunt may just make a ceremonial start, if he even plays at all. Normal starting running back Isiah Pacheco (ribs) is also sitting out Sunday, so the Chiefs are expected to lean on Samaje Perine and Carson Steele as their primary options out of the backfield.

Gainwell took reps with the first-team offense during pregame drills and appears in line to start Sunday's game against the Giants, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports.

With the Eagles having locked up the NFC's No. 2 seed, normal lead back Saquon Barkley will be resting in the regular-season finale, leaving Gainwell and Will Shipley as the team's available backfield options after Philadelphia elected not to elevate Tyrion Davis-Price from the practice squad for the second week in a row. Though he has worked as Barkley's top backup all season, Gainwell probably won't be tasked with handling a three-down workload, as the Eagles presumably want Gainwell to escape Week 18 healthy so that he can reprise his usual change-of-pace role in the wild-card round. With that in mind, it wouldn't be surprising if Shipley ends up seeing the larger share of snaps, though both he and Gainwell could struggle to produce with their opportunities while playing behind an offensive line mostly consisting of reserve players.
