Trayveon Williams RB | LAC
Chargers' Trayveon Williams: Brought up from practice squad
The Chargers elevated Williams from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Williams will join the Chargers' active roster for a second consecutive game to provide backfield depth for Kimani Vidal for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Williams played solely on special teams during the Chargers' Week 10 win over the Steelers and returned two kickoffs for 51 yards in that contest, but he could share some backfield rotational snaps with fellow practice squad running back Amar Johnson.

Amar Johnson RB | LAC
Chargers' Amar Johnson: Elevated for Week 11
The Chargers elevated Johnson from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
It's the second time Johnson has been elevated to the Bolts' active roster this season. He'll be available for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, when he'll join Trayveon Williams as the Chargers' rotational running backs behind Kimani Vidal. Johnson played in Week 9 against the Titans, but he was limited to just three snaps on special teams.

Chase Edmonds RB | WAS
Commanders' Chase Edmonds: Elevated for Week 11
The Commanders elevated Edmonds from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Zach Selby of the team's official site reports.
Edmonds joined the Commanders' practice squad in mid-September, and he'll be available for Sunday's game against the Dolphins in Spain to provide additional backfield depth behind Jacory Croskey-Merritt, Chris Rodriguez and Jeremy McNichols. Edmonds missed the entire 2024 season due to a knee injury and last saw regular-season action in 2023 with the Buccaneers, when he turned 49 carries into 176 yards and caught 14 passes (on 17 targets) for 81 yards across 13 regular-season games.

J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN
Broncos' J.K. Dobbins: Move to IR official
The Broncos officially placed Dobbins (foot) on injured reserve Saturday, per the NFL's transaction log.
There was worry that Dobbins' foot injury would require an IR stint, and while that has come to pass, he's now slated to miss at least the rest of the regular season after undergoing surgery on his foot, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. There's also the potential that Dobbins is healthy by the Super Bowl, if the Broncos happen to advance that far, but for as long as Dobbins is sidelined, rookie RJ Harvey will pace the team's backfield, while Tyler Badie and Jaleel McLaughlin are on hand for complementary roles.

Jakob Johnson RB | HOU
Texans' Jakob Johnson: Activated from IR
The Texans activated Johnson (hamstring) from injured reserve Saturday.
Johnson is still listed as questionable for Sunday's AFC South tilt against the Titans, but his activation from injured reserve primes him to return from a six-game absence due to a hamstring injury. The seventh-year fullback gives the Texans an extra blocker out of the backfield for the running back duo of Nick Chubb and Woody Marks, as well as a contributor for special teams.

Broncos' J.K. Dobbins: Could be healthy by Super Bowl
Dobbins, who will be placed on injured reserve due to a foot injury, may be ready to return in February if the Broncos advance to Super LX, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Getting all the way to the final game of the 2025 season may be difficult without Dobbins after he suffered a foot injury during a Week 10 win against the Raiders. The nature of the injury reportedly isn't a fracture but is a small ligament tear, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. While Dobbins is slated for surgery, rookie RJ Harvey is poised to lead the Broncos backfield moving forward, with Tyler Badie and Jaleel McLaughlin filling in behind him.

Broncos' J.K. Dobbins: Set for stint on IR
The Broncos are slated to place Dobbins on injured reserve, as the running back needs foot surgery that may end his season, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Dobbins' 2025 campaign now is in peril due to the hip-drop tackle that he endured during Denver's Week 10 win against the Raiders. The team has yet to make the move to IR official, but if he indeed is out for the rest of the campaign, he'll finish it with 153 carries for 772 yards and four touchdowns and 11 catches (on 14 targets) for 37 yards. RJ Harvey is poised to lead the Broncos backfield for the foreseeable future.

Kendall Milton RB | CIN
Bengals' Kendall Milton: Joins active roster
Milton was elevated from the Bengals' practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
The Georgia product joined Cincinnati's practice squad in late August and has yet to make his NFL debut. Milton provides the Bengals' with much-needed depth at running back, as Samaje Perine (ankle) will be sidelined for Sunday's matchup against the Steelers.

Jacob Saylors RB | DET
Lions' Jacob Saylors: Tagged as questionable Week 11
Saylors (back) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Philadelphia.
A back injury prevented Saylors from playing against the Commanders in Week 10. He was limited in all three practices during Week 10 prep, which gives him a chance to suit up in Sunday's road game in Philadelphia. The Lions could be thin in the backfield behind Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery, as Sione Vaki is also listed as questionable due to an ankle injury.

Sione Vaki RB | DET
Lions' Sione Vaki: Questionable to play Week 11
Vaki (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Vaki has been working through separate lower-body injuries for most of the season. He ended the week with back-to-back limited practices while working through an ankle issue, and his status for Sunday's game may not be officially known until the Lions announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes before the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Craig Reynolds and Kalif Raymond would handle return duties on kickoffs if Vaki is unable to play against Philadelphia.
