La'Mical Perine RB | PIT
Jets' La'Mical Perine: Hurts ankle Sunday
Perine suffered an ankle injury during Sunday's game at Denver, Al Iannazzone of Newsday reports.
Prior to his departure in the third quarter, Perine had eight carries for 33 yards and one touchdown, but he didn't gather in his only target. He's considered doubtful to return, which leaves Frank Gore and Ty Johnson as the only healthy Jets running backs.

Antonio Gibson RB | NE
Football Team's Antonio Gibson: Pushes TD streak to four
Gibson rushed 16 times for 94 yards and a touchdown while catching one of two targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 20-9 win over the Bengals.
Gibson opened the scoring with a one-yard touchdown plunge late in the first quarter, then helped set up Steven Sims' three-yard touchdown reception in the third with a pair of runs over 15 yards. He finished six yards shy of his second career 100-yard rushing performance, but Gibson's up to five touchdowns in the last four games and eight overall. The rookie third-round pick should continue to handle a sizable workload on the ground against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving barring a large early deficit.

Samaje Perine RB | CIN
Bengals' Samaje Perine: Six touches in Week 11 loss
Perine rushed five times for 19 yards and caught one of two targets for two yards in Sunday's 20-9 loss to Washington.
Perine actually had one more rushing yard on four fewer carries than an ineffective Giovani Bernard, but Bernard handily outperformed Perine as a pass-catcher out of the backfield and should continue to see the majority of backfield reps in Joe Mixon's (foot) absence. With Mixon on IR, Perine should maintain change-of-pace duties behind Bernard against the Giants in Week 12.

James Conner RB | ARI
Steelers' James Conner: Pops 25-yard run on Jaguars
Conner registered 89 rushing yards on 13 carries, adding three receptions for 10 yards during Sunday's 27-3 win against Jacksonville.
Conner broke off a 25-yard rush on his second carry of the afternoon, riding that explosive play to a season-best yards-per-carry average of 6.8. One can't get too picky given that Conner had logged fewer than 3.2 YPC in three straight contests entering Sunday, but his receiving upside remains limited. Conner showed versatility with 55 receptions and 497 receiving yards in 2018, but he has no receiving scores thus far in 2020 and has been held under 15 receiving yards in four consecutive games. Given that Conner's skill set mostly lends itself to contributions on the ground, a Week 12 matchup against Baltimore's 11th-ranked rush defense causes reason for pause. Volume will certainly be an ally for invested fantasy GMs, and Conner did come away with 60 scrimmage yards and a touchdown the last time the divisional rivals met Week 8.

Miles Sanders RB | DAL
Eagles' Miles Sanders: Totals 81 scrimmage yards
Sanders carried 16 times for 66 yards and caught three of five targets for 15 additional yards during Sunday's 22-17 loss to the Browns. He also lost a fumble.
Sanders managed a pedestrian 4.1 yards per carry as his long went for just 11 yards. He tied for third on the team in targets but did little of note outside his long reception of nine yards. Sanders' fumble at the Cleveland four-yard line was a huge swing for both his fantasy output and the game itself, given the narrow final margin. On a positive note, his 19 touches were his most since Week 3, and he should be a big part of the game plan in a Week 12 Monday night matchup as his team tries to keep pace with the Seahawks.

Nick Chubb RB | HOU
Browns' Nick Chubb: Records fourth 100-yard game
Chubb carried 20 times for 114 yards during Sunday's 22-17 win over the Eagles.
Chubb was bottled up in the early going but padded his stat line quite a bit with an explosive 54-yard run in the fourth quarter. He was held out of the end zone and wasn't targeted in the passing game, giving him a respectable yet mundane fantasy line despite the strong effort in a tough matchup. Chubb has surpassed the 100-yard mark in four of his six games while also scoring five touchdowns, and he should thrive on the ground next Sunday against a hapless Jaguars defense.

Derrick Henry RB | BAL
Titans' Derrick Henry: Beats Ravens with overtime score
Henry rushed the ball 28 times for 133 yards and a touchdown in Week 11 against the Ravens. He added a reception for -1 yards.
Henry relied on volume for the majority of his production, racking up 104 yards on his first 27 attempts of the game. However, he took his 28th carry of the game to the left side of the line before cutting across the middle of the field for a 29-yard game-winning touchdown. With the performance, Henry has surpassed 100 rushing yards for sixth time this season and third time in his last four contests. With workload always on his side, Henry will remain a top-end option even in another tough matchup in Week 12 against the Colts.

Alvin Kamara RB | NO
Saints' Alvin Kamara: One TD, but no catches Week 11
Kamara registered 45 rushing yards and one touchdown on 13 carries, and he was unable to haul in his lone target during Sunday's 24-9 win against the Falcons.
Kamara notched a three-yard TD run with 1:46 to go in the first half, but Taysom Hill sapped the running back's value by providing New Orleans' other two rushing scores on the afternoon -- both coming from inside Atlanta's 10-yard line. It will be worth monitoring the three-time Pro Bowler's passing-game involvement moving forward, as he had registered an incredible 7.4 receptions per game with Drew Brees (ribs) as his starting quarterback. Kamara remains an All-World talent, but the Saints are simply not operating the same offense with Hill under center. A foot injury also hampered Kamara during the practice week, providing an alternative explanation for his reduced workload. Next is a matchup against the Broncos, who have allowed just 45 receptions and one receiving TDs to opposing backs this season.

Salvon Ahmed RB | CHI
Dolphins' Salvon Ahmed: Returns to Sunday's game
Ahmed (shoulder) returned to Sunday's game against the Broncos, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Initially deemed questionable to return to the contest after suffering a shoulder injury, Ahmed found his way back to the field and figures to continue to head the Dolphins' Week 11 ground attack.

Damien Harris RB | BUF
Patriots' Damien Harris: Finds end zone as leading rusher
Harris (chest/ankle) rushed 11 times for 43 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-20 loss to Houston. He added an 11-yard catch on two targets.
Harris got the scoring started with a nine-yard rushing touchdown and finished with team highs in carries and rushing yards. He has been entrusted with 10-plus carries in five consecutive games, totaling 395 rushing yards on 73 carries (5.4 YPC) over that stretch. Harris has been a non-factor in the passing game, though, with just three catches all season. Sony Michel's (quad) impending return could cut into Harris' rushing workload in Week 12 against Arizona and beyond, though that drop could be offset somewhat by the expected absence of Rex Burkhead (knee), who was carted off in this one, per Darren Hartwell of Yahoo Sports.
