Alvin Kamara RB | NO
Saints' Alvin Kamara: Ruled out
Kamara (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
A report earlier this week suggested his knee sprain is considered mild, but Kamara nonetheless stands to miss at least one game after sitting out practice Wednesday through Friday. The Saints are left with Mark Ingram as their probable lead back, with special teamer Dwayne Washington and practice squad members Lamar Miller and Josh Adams available in reserve. Ingram is an intriguing Week 10 fantasy option given the workload potential, while Kamara will aim to make it back Sunday, Nov. 21 for a Week 11 contest in Philadelphia.

Najee Harris RB | LAC
Steelers' Najee Harris: Cleared for Week 10
Harris (foot) does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Lions after returning to a full practice Friday.
Harris was limited by a foot injury Thursday but was a full-go at practice Friday, which sets the stage for the running back, who is averaging 18.8 carries per game, to continue to head the Pittsburgh backfield Week 10. In the process, he's looking at a favorable matchup, at home against an 0-8 Detroit team that thus far has surrendered rushing yards at a clip of 134.5 per game.

Jonathan Ward RB | NE
Cardinals' Jonathan Ward: Ruled out for Week 10
Ward (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Panthers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Ward was recorded as a non-participant during every practice leading up to Week 10, so it's no surprise to see him ruled out for Sunday's contest. With Ward and Chase Edmonds (ankle) both sidelined, Eno Benjamin will likely operate as the primary backup to James Conner.
-
Jamaal Williams RB | NO
Lions' Jamaal Williams: Ruled out
Williams (thigh) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Pittsburgh, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
Williams still hasn't returned to practice and now will miss a second straight game on the other side of a Week 9 bye. His absence could leave a few more carries for D'Andre Swift, who has done most of his damage through the air this year while averaging just 3.2 YPC. Godwin Igwebuike and Jermar Jefferson both got some playing time off the bench in a 44-6 loss to the Eagles in Week 8, but only after Swift had played 96 percent of offensive snaps through the first three quarters of the blowout.

Chase Edmonds RB | WAS
Cardinals' Chase Edmonds: Not playing Sunday
Edmonds (ankle) won't suit up for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Edmonds picked up a high-ankle sprain during the Cardinals' Week 9 win at San Francisco. With a recovery timetable of 3-to-4 weeks, he predictably didn't practice Wednesday through Friday before the team ruled him out for Week 10 action. It remains to be seen if Arizona will place him on injured reserve to open up a roster spot. For the time being, James Conner will act as the Cards' lead runner, but this offense has been able to accommodate two running backs this season, meaning second-year pro Eno Benjamin could earn regular reps while Edmonds is sidelined.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire RB | KC
Chiefs' Clyde Edwards-Helaire: Not likely to return Sunday
Coach Andy Reid noted Friday that Edwards-Helaire (knee) had a good week of practice, but "it's probably a stretch" for the running back to be activated from injured reserve prior to Sunday's game at Las Vegas, Herbie Teope of The Kansas City Star reports.
The Chiefs must make a decision to do so by 4:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, or else Edwards-Helaire will remain on IR for at least one more week. Because the team opened his 21-day practice window Wednesday, Reid and company have plenty of time to evaluate Edwards-Helaire as he recovers from a sprained left MCL suffered during a Week 5 loss to the Bills. Kansas City is on bye Week 12, so Edwards-Helaire could be held out until then to ensure he's healthy for the stretch run of the season. In the meantime, Darrel Williams will continue to handle early down reps, while Jerick McKinnon and Derrick Gore are on hand to spell him.
-
John Kelly RB | CLE
Browns' John Kelly: Sitting out Sunday
Kelly (illness) won't be available Sunday at New England, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Coach Kevin Stefanski noted all of Nick Chubb (illness), Demetric Felton (illness) and Kelly will be unavailable Week 10 due to COVID-19 protocols. With Kareem Hunt (calf) still on IR, the Browns backfield will be headed by D'Ernest Johnson, with practice-squad members Brian Hill and Dexter Williams likely to be elevated for Sunday's contest.
-
Demetric Felton RB | WAS
Browns' Demetric Felton: Ruled out against Patriots
Felton (illness) won't play Sunday against the Patriots, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Felton and Nick Chubb are evidently both still battling COVID-19, as both have been ruled out for Sunday's game. Until Felton's able to submit a pair of negative tests 24 hours apart, he'll remain on the reserve/COVID-19 list. D'Ernest Johnson will take on the lead role in a Browns backfield decimated by COVID-19 and injuries.
-
James Robinson RB | NO
Jaguars' James Robinson: Questionable for Week 10
Robinson (heel) is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest in Indianapolis.
Robinson was knocked out of a Week 8 loss in Seattle with what was eventually termed a bruised heel. After taking a seat during this past Sunday's win against the Bills, he opened Week 10 prep with no practice Wednesday, but he was able to log limited sessions both Thursday and Friday to set himself up for a potential return this weekend. Coach Urban Meyer relayed an expectation earlier this week that Robinson would be back, but it won't be confirmed until 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. If Robinson isn't available, Carlos Hyde will handle lead-back duties, with Dare Ogunbowale and Devine Ozigbo on hand for any reps that trickle down.

D'Ernest Johnson RB | NE
Browns' D'Ernest Johnson: In line for leading role Sunday
Johnson is expected to be the Browns' No. 1 running back Sunday at New England with Nick Chubb (illness), Demetric Felton (illness) and John Kelly (illness) all on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Coach Kevin Stefanski noted the trio of Chubb, Felton and Kelly will be unable to clear COVID-19 protocols in time to be available for Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, leaving Johnson as the sole healthy running back on the active roster. On top of that, Kareem Hunt (calf) isn't ready to return from injured reserve, so Johnson likely will have to contend with only elevated options from the practice squad such as Brian Hill and Dexter Williams. When Johnson served as Cleveland's lead runner Week 7, he churned out 168 yards from scrimmage and one TD on 24 touches.
