  • Joshua Kelley RB | TEN

Chargers' Joshua Kelley: Limited usage once again

Kelley carried the ball five times for 16 yards in Sunday's 41-38 loss to the Lions.

Since Austin Ekeler's return back in Week 6, Kelley has played over 35 percent of the offensive snaps just twice, and he's averaging under four yards per carry combined in the last three outings. While the backup still has a critical role of spelling Ekeler in this offense, it's obvious the Chargers do not draw up specific plays for Kelley.

  • Tony Jones RB | ARI

Tony Jones: Goes back to practice squad

Jones reverted to Arizona's practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Jones took one carry for 13 yards in Sunday's win versus the Falcons. If Emari Demercado is able to return in Week 11, Jones will probably remain relegated to the practice squad.

  • Jaguars' D'Ernest Johnson: Fives touches in lopsided loss

Johnson carried three times for 12 yards and caught both his targets for 28 yards during Sunday's 34-3 loss to San Francisco. He also returned one kickoff for 22 yards.

Johnson tied a season high with 12 offensive snaps and more than doubled his previous season high for scrimmage yards. He could be pushing rookie Tank Bigsby for the No. 2 spot on the depth chart behind starter Travis Etienne, but there's likely not much to glean from Sunday's game since Jacksonville trailed by three-plus possessions for most of the second half.

  • Tank Bigsby RB | PHI

Jaguars' Tank Bigsby: Three touches in blowout

Bigsby carried three times for five yards and failed to catch his lone target during Sunday's 34-3 loss to San Francisco.

Starter Travis Etienne had a season-low 11 touches in the blowout, but the lopsided score didn't benefit Bigsby much, as he played just 10 offensive snaps. No. 3 back D'Ernest Johnson had a similar snap count but turned five touches into 40 yards, which eclipsed Bigsby's total yards from scrimmage from the past five games combined.

  • Patriots' JaMycal Hasty: Claimed by New England

The Patriots claimed Hasty off waivers from the Jaguars on Monday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Hasty was waived by Jacksonville over the weekend after playing just six offensive snaps behind Travis Etienne and rookie Tank Bigsby. In New England, Hasty will try to carve out a role on special teams and as a depth running back behind Rhamondre Stevenson and Ezekiel Elliott.

  • Matt Breida RB | SF

Giants' Matt Breida: Gets just one touch in blowout loss

Breida rushed once for three yards and didn't receiving any targets in Sunday's Week 10 loss to Dallas.

The Giants fell behind 42-7 after three quarters but continued to ride with Saquon Barkley into the fourth period. Barkley was eventually pulled, but it was Jashaun Corbin rather than Breida who saw mop-up work near the end of the contest. Breida logged just 13 offensive snaps in the loss, while Barkley tallied 35 and Corbin totaled 15. The Giants have been among the league's worst teams this season, so they may decide to lessen Barkley's workload at some point as they push for a high draft pick rather than a playoff spot. Still, it would likely be youngsters like Corbin and Eric Gray (calf, IR) who see more work in that scenario rather than the veteran Breida.

  • Ameer Abdullah RB | JAC

Raiders' Ameer Abdullah: One reception in SNF victory

Abdullah caught his only target for four yards in Sunday's 16-12 win over the Jets.

Abdullah earned just one touch across his 10 offensive snaps on Sunday Night Football, while starter Josh Jacobs retained a workhorse role with 27 carries for 116 yards to go along with two catches on as many targets for 11 yards. Expect a similarly light backfield split for Abdullah against the Dolphins in Week 11.

  • Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Tests on back come back clean

Stevenson's back injury is not considered serious, and tests came back negative, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Stevenson briefly exited Sunday's loss to the Colts but returned to the game and finished with season-highs in carries (20) and rushing yards (88) on his way to 102 total yards. The Patriots have a Week 11 bye for Stevenson to get some rest, but there doesn't appear to be any concern about his availability the following week against the Giants.

  • Vikings' Alexander Mattison: In concussion protocol

Mattison is in the league's concussion protocol Monday, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

Mattison left Sunday's game against the Saints in the third quarter and never returned to action. With Cam Akers (Achilles) already done for the rest of the season, the Vikings will be left with Ty Chandler, Kene Nwangwu and practice-squad members Myles Gaskin and DeWayne McBride in the backfield if Mattison is unable to play Week 11 against the Broncos.

  • Michael Carter RB | TEN

Jets' Michael Carter: Blanked in Week 10

Carter didn't record a rushing attempt and failed to catch his only target in Sunday's 16-12 loss to the Raiders.

Carter took advantage of some extra usage in a blowout Week 9 loss en route to a season-high six catches, but this game was competitive throughout, so Carter ceded the majority of snaps to Breece Hall and Dalvin Cook. Hall was on the field for 46 of New York's 66 offensive snaps, while Cook played 10 and Carter played nine.
