  • DeeJay Dallas RB | JAC

Seahawks' DeeJay Dallas: Largest workload of 2023

Dallas rushed once for six yards and didn't haul in either of his two targets in Thursday's 41-35 loss to the Cowboys.

Dallas logged 25 offensive snaps in Week 13 because Kenneth Walker (oblique) was out and Zach Charbonnet (knee) left in the fourth quarter with a knee injury. Charbonnet's knee injury is being described as a bruise, and he'll have 10 days to recover. It's unclear if Walker will be ready for the Week 14 clash against the 49ers, though. If one of Charbonnet or Walker is healthy, managers shouldn't expect much out of Dallas for fantasy purposes.

  • Rico Dowdle RB | PIT

Cowboys' Rico Dowdle: Does little with six touches

Dowdle rushed five times for 15 yards and brought in his only target for seven yards in the Cowboys' 41-35 win over the Seahawks on Thursday night.

Dowdle logged 15 fewer carries and three less targets than backfield mate Tony Pollard, and the former did little with his opportunities. The third-year pro has been quiet over the last three games after his season-best 12-79-1 rushing day against the Giants in Week 10, with Dowdle netting just 49 yards on 16 carries and posting a 4-19-1 line through the air in the subsequent trio of contests. Dowdle figures to continue operating in a clear No. 2 role when the Cowboys face a virtually impenetrable Eagles run defense in a Week 14 Sunday night home showdown Dec. 10.

  • Tony Pollard RB | TEN

Cowboys' Tony Pollard: Solid all-around effort in win

Pollard rushed 20 times for 68 yards and a touchdown and brought in three of four targets for 15 yards in the Cowboys' 41-35 win over the Seahawks on Thursday night.

The air attack took center stage in a game that somewhat unexpectedly turned into a back-and-forth aerial display, but Pollard put in a workman-like effort that included a six-yard run late in the third quarter to narrow a 28-20 deficit. Pollard gained 16 additional yards on one other carry, meaning the majority of his night was an exercise in grinding out tough yards. The veteran back extended his streak of multi-reception tallies to three games and did the same in terms of number of consecutive contests with 60-plus rushing yards, but he'll have an even tougher assignment in a Week 14 home showdown on Sunday, Dec. 10 against the elite Eagles run defense.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Diagnosed with bruise

Charbonnet suffered a knee bruise during Thursday's game against Dallas, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Charbonnet exited the contest in the fourth quarter, though it appears that he avoided any significant injury. With nine days to recover until Seattle's next contest, he may be available for a matchup against the 49ers.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Suffers knee injury

Charbonnet suffered a knee injury in Thursday's game against Dallas and is doubtful to return, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Charbonnet was injured in the fourth quarter and spotted in the injury tent. The extent of the issue is unclear, but Seattle is already dealing with an injury in the backfield with Kenneth Walker (oblique) sidelined. Prior to exiting, Charbonnet tallied 99 total yards and a touchdown.

  • Deuce Vaughn RB | DEN

    Cowboys' Deuce Vaughn: Inactive Thursday

Vaughn (coach's decision) is inactive for Thursday night's game against the Seahawks.

Vaughn is third on the Dallas running back depth chart behind Tony Pollard and Rico Dowdle. The rookie has 21 carries for 38 yards and six catches for 30 yards on 52 offensive snaps this season.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Pacing backfield again

Charbonnet is in line to lead the Seahawks backfield Thursday in Dallas with Kenneth Walker (oblique) inactive, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.

Charbonnet will fill in for Walker for a second consecutive contest after handling the bulk of work afforded Seattle running backs last Thursday against the 49ers. In that outing, he earned a career-high 87 percent snap share and had 18 touches for 58 yards from scrimmage. Charbonnet still is in search of the first touchdown of his career, and his quest for one may be difficult Thursday against a Cowboys defense that has surrendered the eighth-fewest TDs (six) to opposing running backs in 11 games this season.

  • Kareem Hunt RB | KC

Browns' Kareem Hunt: Logs limited practice

Hunt (groin) returned to a limited practice Thursday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Hunt didn't practice Wednesday, but his return to a limited session one day later bodes well for his chances of being available Sunday against the Rams. If he's available this weekend, Hunt will be in line to continue to work in tandem with fellow RB Jerome Ford, a context that has resulted in Hunt (who is averaging 9.9 carries and 31.8 rushing yards to go along with six TDS in nine games to date) maintaining a degree of weekly fantasy utility of late.

  • Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Sitting out again Thursday

Walker (oblique) is listed as inactive Thursday at Dallas.

For a second week in a row, Walker wasn't able to log any on-field work due to the oblique injury that he suffered Week 11 at the Rams. Now that he's confirmed to be inactive for another contest, he'll cede the Seahawks backfield to Zach Charbonnet yet again, with DeeJay Dallas and Kenny McIntosh serving as the backups. Walker will turn his focus to getting healthy for Seattle's key Week 14 visit to San Francisco.

  • Saints' Kendre Miller: Logs another DNP

Miller (ankle) did not practice Thursday, Brooke Kirchhofer of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Miller continues to be out of action since suffering an ankle sprain in Week 9 against the Bears. If he has any chance of suiting up Sunday against the Lions, he'll likely need to get on the practice field Friday. Even if he does, he'll likely be considered on the wrong side of questionable for the matchup.
