Allen cleared waivers and signed with the Bengals' practice squad Sunday, Tyler Dragon of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

The Broncos started Allen under center in three games last year, and the results were discouraging, as he completed just 46.4 percent of his passes for 515 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions. He'll stick with the Bengals' practice squad as the franchise's No. 3 quarterback behind Joe Burrow and Ryan Finley.

Dobbs was claimed by the Steelers on Sunday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Dobbs was a surprise cut by the Jaguars on Saturday, but the Tennessee product will reunite with his former club. Dobbs failed to see the field with the Jaguars last campaign, as the team elected to keep rookie Jake Luton as the only backup behind Gardner Minshew. Dobbs will join a crowded quarterback room, with Devlin Hodges and Mason Rudolph joining him as backups to Ben Roethlisberger.

Rypien was waived by the Broncos on Saturday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.

Rypien dressed as the backup for the Broncos for three games in 2019, but did not appear in any of them. Rypien failed to make an impression with the coaching staff for even a third-string role, as the Broncos will roll with Drew Lock and Jeff Driskel on the depth chart to start the 2020 campaign.

Huntley was cut by Baltimore on Saturday, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Huntley inked a contract as an undrafted free agent out of Utah this offseason, but, as evidenced by this news, he failed to make a lasting impression. With Huntley out of the picture, the Ravens will roll with Robert Griffin and Trace McSorley as primary backups behind Lamar Jackson.

Woodside officially won the backup quarterback job after the team cut Trevor Siemian, Erik Bacharach of The Tennessean reports.

Woodside's steady performance throughout training camp impressed the team enough to stick on the roster. A former seventh-round pick, this is the first time Woodside has been on an active NFL roster. Siemian is a candidate to join the team's practice squad.

Fromm survived the Bills' roster cutdown Saturday and looks to begin the season as the team's No. 3 quarterback.

For now, the rookie out of Georgia will work behind Josh Allen and Matt Barkley, though there's always a chance the team could bring in one more veteran and try to hide Fromm on the practice squad. For now , however, the Bills are choosing the sixth-rounder over Davis Webb, who was let go Saturday.

The Giants waived Rush on Saturday, Michael Eisen of the team's official site reports.

Offensive coordinator Jason Garrett was Rush's head coach in Dallas last year, but Rush couldn't beat out Colt McCoy to be Daniel Jones' backup in 2020. Rush may stick around on the practice squad if he clears waivers.

Stevens was waived by the Saints on Saturday, Amie Just of Nola.com reports.

The former quarterback-turned-tight end looked like he'd have a good shot of making the final roster due to his unique skillset, but that wasn't the case. Before joining the Saints, he drew some interest from Carolina.

Browning was waived by the Vikings on Saturday, Craig Peters and Eric Smith of the Vikings' official site reports.

Browning couldn't beat out Sean Mannion to be Kirk Cousins' backup, so he could spend a second straight season on the Vikings' practice squad assuming he clears waivers.

Lynch was waived by the Steelers on Saturday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

No surprise here as both Mason Rudolph and Devlin Hodges ultimately remained on the team's roster. It'll be interesting to see whether the Steelers opt to bring Lynch back onto their practice squad or roll with a three-QB active roster for 2020.
