  • Commanders' Austin Seibert: Misses prove costly vs. Cowboys

Seibert made two of his three field-goal tries and missed both of his two extra-point attempts during Sunday's 34-26 loss versus Dallas.

Seibert's day at the office in Week 12 was far from ideal overall, but his most impactful mistake was missing an extra-point try that would have tied the game at 27-27 with 21 seconds remaining to play. Instead Washington had to attempt an onside kick, and like salt on a wound, Seibert's kick on that play was returned for a touchdown. He'll be looking to bounce back in Week 13 versus the Titans.

  • Joey Slye K | TEN

Patriots' Joey Slye: Misses lone field-goal try Sunday

Slye missed his only field-goal attempt but converted his only extra-point try during Sunday's 34-15 loss at Miami.

Slye's only shot at a field goal in Week 12 came towards the end of the first quarter, and he drove the 45-yard kick off the right upright. He has now missed a kick in three of his last four games heading into a Week 13 matchup versus the Colts.

  • Matt Gay K | LV

Colts' Matt Gay: Provides Indy's only points Sunday

Gay made both of his two field-goal tries during Sunday's 24-6 loss versus the Lions.

On a day where the Colts were only able to muster 268 yards of total offense, scoring opportunities were few for their kicker. Gay knocked through two chip shots in the first half, but he didn't get any more chances in the second. Indianapolis will travel to take on New England's inconsistent defense in Week 13.

  • Vikings' John Parker Romo: Makes game winner Sunday

Romo made all of his three field-goal tries and converted all three of his extra-point attempts during Sunday's 30-27 overtime win at Chicago.

Though it was from just 29 yards out, shorter than an extra point, Romo's overtime field goal made him the hero of the day for the Vikings. He hasn't missed any field goals during his first three NFL games and will look to keep up the momentum in Week 13 versus the Cardinals.

  • Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Costly miss in loss

Fairbairn converted two of three field-goal attempts and all three extra-point kicks in Sunday's 32-27 loss to Tennessee in Week 12.

Fairbairn set an NFL record for most field goals from 50 yards and beyond when he drilled a 54-yarder early in the fourth quarter, the 12th make from long distance. However, all anyone will remember was his miss, a chip shot he hooked from 28 yards later in the same quarter. If successful, the kick would have tied the game and not left the Texans in a vulnerable spot. It was his second miss from between 20 and 29 yards in the last four weeks.

  • Nick Folk K | ATL

Titans' Nick Folk: Shows range in win

Folk made all three of his field-goal attempts and all three of his extra-point attempts in Sunday's 32-27 win over the Texans.

Folk played a key role in the Titans' upset victory and showed impressive range by making a pair of field goals from 51 yards away and an additional 56-yard kick. He's missed only one of his 18 field-goal attempts this season, highlighted by a perfect record on six opportunities from 50 yards or longer. Folk has now also made multiple field goals in three of his last four games after doing so just once in his first seven contests.

  • Graham Gano K | NYG

Giants' Graham Gano: Held back by tepid offense

Gano did not attempt any field goals and made his only extra-point try in Sunday's 30-7 Week 12 loss to Tampa Bay.

In New York's first game this season with Tommy DeVito as the starter at quarterback, the team was unable to put up any points until early in the fourth quarter. Gano followed that Devin Singletary touchdown plunge with a successful extra point, but it was the only time he had a chance to kick for points in the game. Since returning from injured reserve Week 10, Gano has attempted only two field goals (making one) over two games. DeVito figures to remain under center moving forward, and the state of the Giants' offense as a whole gives Gano a low floor and ceiling when looking ahead to the remainder of the campaign.

  • Jake Bates K | DET

Lions' Jake Bates: Makes only field goal in Week 12

Bates made his only field-goal try and went 3-for-3 on PATs in Sunday's 24-6 win over the Colts.

Bates was able to nail a 56-yard field goal in the fourth quarter, his only attempt of the day. The kicker has now been limited to just one field-goal try in five of the last six games, but he's hit at least three PATs in six of the last seven contests. Bates remains a perfect 16-for-16 on field-goal attempts heading into Week 13 versus the Bears.

  • Cairo Santos K | CHI

Bears' Cairo Santos: Another seven-point performance

Santos converted two of three field-goal attempts in the Bears' 30-27 overtime loss to the Vikings on Sunday.

For the second week in a row, Santos had a field goal blocked. Otherwise, Santos remains one of the most accurate kickers in the NFL. However, the veteran has surpassed seven points just twice, making him a low-ceiling fantasy lineup option.

  • Panthers' Eddy Pineiro: Drills five kicks in Week 12

Pineiro converted on all four of his field-goal attempts and his lone extra-point try in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Chiefs.

Pineiro has now made 16 of his 17 field-goal tries on the season, with his lone miss occurring in the Week 5 loss to the Bears. The 29-year-old has also remained perfect on extra points through 12 weeks, converting on all 18 of his attempts. Pineiro's next opportunity to score for the Panthers will come in Week 13, when the Buccaneers visit Carolina.
