  • Chase (knee) is not participating in Wednesday's practice, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports. Chase downplayed the injury that forced him from Tuesday's session, but he will get at least one day to rest and recover. The report notes that Chase "was not sporting any protective equipment," which backs up his stance that he is dealing only with a minor setback.

  • Chase (knee) said Tuesday that he could play in a game Wednesday after exiting Tuesday's practice early, Kelsey Conway of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports. Chase has spent Tuesday afternoon downplaying his hyperextended knee, so this seems like it will be a non-issue moving forward after he came down awkwardly at the end of practice. The star wide receiver is a cinch top-five fantasy pick as Joe Burrow's alpha wideout.

  • Chase (knee) limped off the field at Tuesday's practice after landing awkwardly while attempting to reel in a deep ball, Jay Morrison of SI.com reports. Chase was favoring his left knee after the play in question, but he was able to walk to the sideline under his own power with trainers, per Charlie Clifford of NBC 5 Cincinnati. Potentially a major development for the Bengals offense, Chase's status should receive some clarity after Tuesday's session.

  • Chase caught seven of nine targets for 60 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 37-14 win over the Cardinals. Both scores came in the first half, as Chase connected with Joe Burrow for a 13-yard TD in the first quarter and an eight-yard strike in the second. Chase snapped a seven-game touchdown drought with the performance, and on the season he's racked up a 117-1,316-7 line on 175 targets, tying his career high in target volume. Chase will look to reach 1,400 receiving yards for the third time in his career in Week 18 against the Browns.
