The Jaguars listed Tuten (ankle/foot) as a non-participant in Tuesday's practice. For the second day in a row, Tuten went down as a non-participant on Jacksonville's Week 9 injury report while he nurses a pair of lower-body injuries coming out of this past Sunday's win over the Colts. If Tuten can get back on the field in some capacity Wednesday, it would put him in a good spot to play Thursday against the Ravens. However, if Tuten fails to practice and is ultimately ruled out for Thursday, Chris Rodriguez (hand) -- who has been a limited practice participant so far this week -- would be the top candidate to lead Jacksonville's ground attack in Baltimore.

Tuten (ankle/foot) was not spotted during the portion of Tuesday's practice open to the media, according to Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com. Tuten was listed as a non-participant on Monday's estimated injury report on a day the Jaguars did not practice, and although the Jaguars will return to the field Tuesday, it appears Tuten will not due to the lower-leg injuries. Tuten will not have much time to get any work in this week with the Jaguars facing the Ravens on Thursday, and if he is unable to go the door will be opened for Chris Rodriguez (hand), LeQuint Allen and Ameer Abdullah.

Tuten was a non-participant at Monday's walkthrough due to ankle and foot injuries. Tuten is coming off a sterling performance Sunday against the Colts in which he reeled off 159 yards from scrimmage and two total TDs on 18 touches, but he now has a pair of health concerns in tow. The Jaguars may be exercising caution with their No. 1 RB, but his status -- along with backup Chris Rodriguez (hand), who was listed as limited -- will be watched to get a sense of who may be available to the backfield Thursday at Baltimore.

The Colts just traded standout defensive lineman DeForest Buckner to San Francisco, which will only make things better for Tuten in Week 8. He has scored at least 11.1 PPR points in each of his past five games, including a season-high 24.7 PPR points against Houston in Week 6 on the strength of his work in the passing game with four catches for 48 yards and two touchdowns on four targets. Indianapolis has allowed three running backs this season to score at least 23.8 PPR points with Derrick Henry in Week 1, Kenneth Walker III in Week 2 and Jaylen Warren in Week 5. I expect Tuten to have a big game in this matchup at home.

Tuten carried the ball 12 times for 39 yards and caught all four of his targets for 48 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 34-31 loss to the Texans. While the Houston front seven kept him bottled up on the ground -- Tuten's longest run went for just five yards -- the second-year RB made an impact through the air, turning a dump pass from Trevor Lawrence into a 27-yard score in the second quarter before catching another two-yard TD before halftime. The receiving touchdowns were his first of the season and tied his total from all of 2025, and Tuten topped 80 scrimmage yards for the fourth straight game. The Jaguars will get a bye before facing the Colts in Week 8.
