Kirk went 2-for-3 with a solo home run in a 4-2 loss to the Rays on Wednesday.

Kirk smashed his first home run since June 27 to deep left field off of Cam Booser in the seventh inning. The 27-year-old is starting to bounce back after missing over two months with a thumb injury and then putting up mostly middling numbers since his June 12 return. Kirk is now slashing .270/.400/.405 across 45 July plate appearances, albeit with only one long ball and four RBI over a 13-game sample. However, he's been making consistent contact, striking out just three times in that span.

Mesa went 2-for-3 with two RBI in Wednesday's 4-2 win against the Blue Jays.

Mesa opened the scoring for the Rays in the second inning with an RBI single that plated Chandler Simpson and then provided a much-needed insurance run with a sixth-inning knock off Jeff Hoffman that drove home Junior Caminero. Mesa's bat has come alive in July after a rough June, and he's homered in three of his last four games while recording five RBI. With the recent surge, the 24-year-old has boosted his season slash line to .231/.319/.481 with eight home runs and 17 RBI over 120 plate appearances across 38 games.

Simpson went 1-for-2 with an RBI, a run and a steal in Wednesday's 4-2 win against the Blue Jays.

Simpson continued his hot hitting since the All-Star break with a well-rounded stat line Wednesday. Simpson has gone 10-for-21 (.476) with four stolen bases across his six second-half games while providing great defense in left field. The 25-year-old is now fourth in the AL in stolen bases but has also been caught stealing an MLB-high 11 times over 95 games, nearly matching his 2025 total of 12 across 109 games.

Baker earned the save in Wednesday's win over the Blue Jays, firing a scoreless inning and recording one strikeout.

Baker needed only nine pitches to get his 26th save of the season and vault into a tie for second place in MLB in that category behind the Guardians' Cade Smith. The All-Star has not blown a save since May 13 and has not allowed a run since June 24. Baker has also been quite efficient of late, needing 16 pitches or less to get through an inning in each of his last seven outings.

Fisher threw 1.1 innings as the opener and gave up one earned run on no hits and two walks in Wednesday's loss to the Rays. He struck out one.

Fisher walked the last two batters he faced before exiting, and the second subsequently came around to score on Victor Mesa's RBI single off Spencer Miles. That resulted in Fisher being charged with a run for the fourth time in his last five appearances. After a strong start to the season, Fisher has struggled over the last month while pitching to a 6.52 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 1.9 HR/9 across the 9.2 innings covering his last nine trips to the mound.

Jax (6-7) got the win Wednesday against the Blue Jays, allowing one run on three hits and a walk while striking out five across six innings.

Jax needed only 83 pitches (57 strikes) to make it through six frames for his second quality start of the campaign. The right-hander appeared headed for a no-decision, but the Rays took the lead with a three-run sixth inning to secure Jax's fifth win in his last seven starts. During that stretch, the 31-year-old has given up 17 runs and struck out 39 over 37 innings, bringing his ERA to 3.89 and WHIP to 1.22 through 27 outings (16 starts) this season. A matchup with the Rangers is tentatively on deck for next week.

Manzardo went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, a double, an additional RBI and additional run scored in a 10-6 loss to the Twins on Wednesday.

Manzardo has started just two of the past five games -- sitting twice against left-handed pitchers and once against a righty -- but he launched his first home run of July on Wednesday and also produced his first multi-hit game since June 20. The 26-year-old is batting .151 (8-for-53) with a 5:18 BB:K in July, dropping his season-long OPS to .675 through 93 games.

Ramirez went 2-for-5 with two RBI and a run scored in the 10-6 defeat to Minnesota on Wednesday.

Ramirez got a big ovation from the Progressive Field crowd in his first game back in five weeks because of a hand injury. The former All-Star showed why he is one of the perennial top athletes in the sport with two RBI and a created run by tagging to second on a flyout and subsequently scoring on a bloop single.

Cauley went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a hit-by-pitch in Wednesday's 4-2 loss to the White Sox.

Cauley took Anthony Kay deep in the second inning to get the Rangers on the board. This was Cauley's first major-league homer, coming in his 15th game, and it also accounted for his first RBI. He's batting .273 with an .853 OPS and eight runs scored, and he's added two doubles and a triple over 38 plate appearances. For now, Cauley appears to be firmly locked into a short-side platoon role, sharing center field with Evan Carter.

Lee went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run and an additional RBI in Wednesday's 10-6 win over the Guardians.

Lee brought his on-base streak to eight games with a single and home run, and he's batting .310 (9-for-29) with two doubles, a triple, and a homer during that stretch. The long ball was Lee's first since late June, though he still had a .741 OPS during that 18-game power drought thanks to a .300 average. The 25-year-old is slashing .254/.310/.436 with 56 RBI, 46 runs scored, and 15 homers across 362 at-bats in 2026.
